Fully equipped and newly renovated 65 sqm in a bright Nordic atmosphere and green location can be the base camp for your plans.
Be it the successful work week, the trip with the family, wellness & shopping with the girlfriend, the culture weekend for the night shift, Phönixsee, open air, or festival of lights in the Westfalenpark, Ruhr High German, the Christmas market, the love for BVB, the DFB football museum, concert hall , Dortmund à la carte, the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path or the diverse trade fair calendar (weddings, creativas, Dortmund autumn, dog & horse, intermodeling ...) - we can offer the perfect mix of experiences: the colorful city life surrounded by the Ruhr area, Bergisches and Münsterland.
Thanks to its central location, you can achieve all of this in no time. The B1 (A40), Dortmund Airport (15 min), U-Bahn stop Voßkuhle U47 (north-south), S-Bahn stop Körne West S4 (east-west) are 700m away. In 10 minutes you can cycle to the Old Market or walk to the lively Kaiserstrasse district with many cafes, restaurants and shops (dm, pharmacies). The house is in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac.
With us you can just let your mind wander and dream a quiet weekend with a breakfast basket. A folder of ideas is then available for spontaneous tips.
You can expect a quiet bedroom with double bed (180x200) with garden view. A travel cot for small children is available on request. In the living room with comfortable furniture, television and DVD player, two older children or two other adults can sleep on a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, bath and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are there for you.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer and has space for up to six people at the table - perfect for self-catering. Children's chairs for 1-3 years and 3-7 years and ironing board and iron are available.
In addition, a furnished south-west terrace is waiting for you for a nice outdoor breakfast or to relax.

We stayed for a night with Julia and Hauke and it was fantastic! The apartment was extremely spacious and very nice. Julia was extremely helpful with everything we needed!
