Location is really great, not loid, quiet street. Appartement looked in general nice, parking literally in front of the entrance. The bathroom quite clean, with minor issues, not worthy mentioning. Overall good equipped appartement.
In the bedroom was the bed and bedsheets clean. But the sofa in the living room, whre the 3rd person slept, had smelly bedsheets. Not dried correctly, musty laundry smell. That quite ruined what could have been a great stay :-(

Super Lage, man kann mit dem Hund Gassi gehen und direkt am See in die Fußgängerzone laufen. Sehr gutes Steakhaus in der Fußgängerzone.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für zwei Nächte kurz vor unserer Hochzeitsfeier gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen und ist top ausgestattet. Die Lage am Phoenixsee ist hervorragend, mit schöner Umgebung und sehr guter Anbindung. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz, um zu viert ruhig zu übernachten. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Kommunikation mit Yannik war super und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank auch für den späteren Check-out. Klare Weiterempfehlung!
