Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, trotz der im Namen genannten Gastromeile mit Restaurants und Biergarten in der Nähe im Sommer erstaunlich ruhig, Schlafzimmer zum Hof Ein von mir selber verursachtes, technisches Problem wurde vom Vermieter zeitnah und unkompliziert behoben. TOP Zwei Minuten zur U-Bahn.
Nur ein Handtuch pro Person.

Die Lage war sehr schön. Das Kaiserviertel hat alles, was wir für einen Kurzaufenthalt brauchten. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit einem Aufstellbett und der Vermieter war sofort erreichbar und hat sehr schnell mit einem neuen Aufstellbett reagiert. Toller Service!

Positiv: Wir hatten die Unterkunft für einen Messeaufenthalt gebucht und waren positiv überrascht, wie geräumig und gut eingerichtet die Wohnung ist. Nicht das Neuste oder luxuriös, aber alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist zentral und leicht per Bahn zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Unterkunft macht einen sehr guten Gesamteindruck.
Negativ: Soweit man von negativ reden kann, wir standen am Anfang im falschen Hauseingang und haben uns gewundert, wieso das Schlüsselkästchen nicht auf ging. Aber der Vermieter hatte Fotos und eine genaue Beschreibung mit geschickt. Lesen hilft manchmal…
