Very enjoyable.

A place superbly located for skiing - just around the corner from the main lift, equipment hire places and ski schools. It was easy to pop in for lunch when tired. A very spacious apartment, with a comfy bed for two and a sofa bed for a child. A large, well-equipped bathroom plus a small but functional kitchenette, that was enough to cook simple meals. A continental breakfast was a good start to the day. Stuff was very helpful and catered for all our wishes. Overall, I would highly recommend it for skiers or hikers. We will definitely visit again.

One remark I could have was a lack of enough equipment to hang sweaty skiing clothing to dry overnight. Apparently, we should have asked for it, but in my mind, it should be provided as standard.

Perfect location in the heart of Peio Fonti close to ski area

My family and I had a perfect stay at Residence&Wellness 3Mila. The room was just perfect for us, very clean, it also had a kitchenette, the breakfast was healthy, varied and delicious. The location is perfect for skiers, just around the corner from the gondola, in the heart of Peio Fonti. The staff and the owners are a very warm hearted family, always ready to help if needed.

The care of attentive and friendly hosts, who was obviously the owners, was excellent. I can't think of anything that can be improved here. Delicious breakfast, confy tidy quiet rooms, whirlpool on the terrace. Thank you so much that we were able to spend our holidays here.

Very nice residence

I liked the kitchen. It had everything what I needed. Bathroom had a lot of space and it vas very clean.

Perfect location, all apartments are brand new, great breakfast, guest card available (2 EUR/day/person - access to many ski lifts for free), wonderful hosts and crew, great wellness and spa (15 EUR/person - reservation and fee due to COVID restrictions, but you get to be there alone). I totally recommend this place!

Great view, nice and clean facilities

Great location, friendly staff provided us with lot of information. The view from the balcony was amazing. TVs in kitchen and bedroom. We used the indoor garage which was helpful.

Pure wellness!

Very nice location close to cableway Pejo 3000. Everything is modern and very clean. The staff is amazing. Everything you need for breakfast you can find it. The spa is new and very comfortable, the outdoor jakuzzi is amazing and the view is overwhelming.

Di certo uno dei fattori che ha reso la nostra vacanza in Trentino straordinaria! Sonia e Veronica sono state disponibili, gentili e molto accoglienti..sempre pronte a gestire ogni nostra richiesta in modo celere e solare..Stanze moderne, curate nei dettagli e comode, il legno predomina e ti ricorda in ogni momento di essere in montagna. Colazione ottima! Veramente completa..Posizione eccellente, accanto agli impianti di risalita..Un soggiorno veramente piacevole!

Esperienza positiva, ottimo riferimento per tornarci in futuro.

La colazione è molto variegata e tra un giorno e l'altro cambiano anche la selezione dei dolci, sono presenti varietà di tè e tisane, dell'ottimo miele, bacon, uova e wurstel, latte e frutta, biscotti, yogurt con molti topping a disposizione, succhi e acqua al sambuco davvero buonissima. Lo staff è gentilissimo e ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso, oltre ad essere disponibile a darti consigli sulle esperienze da fare, fornendoti i vari dépliant informativi. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era davvero bella, tenuta bene, ben fornita e con una vista spettacolare.

Non metto il punteggio massimo sulla pulizia solo perché mi aspettavo che in 6 notti di prenotazione qualcuno sarebbe passato almeno 1 o 2 volte a cambiarci gli asciugamani in dotazione, oltre a dare una pulita al pavimento, questo non è accaduto e noi non lo abbiamo domandato. Abbiamo anche visto qualche ragnatela sparsa qua e la tra le travi del soffitto.

Ottimo soggiorno a Peio

Il residence è in una posizione comoda, inoltre fornisce la tessera per usufruire del parcheggio coperto senza costi aggiuntivi. Io ho alloggiato in un appartamento, che era molto ordinato e pulito e sicuramente ristrutturato da poco. Il persona è sempre stato gentile e disponibile e ottima anche la colazione: il buffet è abbastanza piccolo ma offre tutto il necessario e per me è stata la carica giusta per affrontare ogni giornata in montagna.

L'unica nota negativa riguarda gli animali domestici. Avevo letto che fossero ammessi, ma solo successivamente mi è stato comunicato che c'era da pagare uno quota aggiuntiva a parte per il cane. Inoltre non sono ammessi nella sala colazioni, pertanto noi dovevamo organizzarci a turni per non lasciare il cane in stanza da solo.

Vacanza molto rilassante e location da ripetere sicuramente

Gli appartamenti molto belli ed arredati con ottimo gusto. Il bagno dotato di tutti i confort e consiglio unicamente di aggiungere 2 porta asciugamani perché quelli presenti sono poco pratici. Garage compreso nel costo del soggiorno ed è a pochi passi dal Residence.

Il Residence è affianco alla funivia e quando la stessa è in funzione e’ leggermente rumorosa ma sopportabile La colazione molto buona ma se modificassero l’orario di fine servizio della stessa dalle 9:30 alle 10:00 non sarebbe male perché in fondo si è in vacanza!

È un Residence a tutti gli effetti. Gli appartamenti sono ampi e completi di tutto: cucina con angolo cottura e lavastoviglie, due balconi, un bagno grande e una camera spaziosa con letti comodi ed un grande armadio, inclusa la cassaforte. Ad 1 minuto dalla cabinovia e 10 minuti dalle terme, sebbene ci si possa rilassare anche presso la loro SPA. Colazione dolce e salata, per ogni gusto. Parcheggio vicinissimo al coperto. Mai scelto cosi bene per una vacanza in montagna.

Skvělá lokace hned u lanovky. Velmi ochotný a přátelský personál. Je zde krásně vidět, že se jedná o rodinný podnik. Velmi dobré a pestré snídaně, kde si každý najde to, co mu chutná. Dobře vybavené wellness. Skvělé sjezdovky. Dobré restaurace pár kroků od penzionu. Moc jsme si to tady užili.
