3rd time staying in this great family run hotel. Facilities are great, rooms are spacious and comfortable, THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS (both breakfast and dinner) and it's a short drive to Marilleva ski lifts. Sauna available for after-ski relaxation, close to a large supermarket just across the road and a local pizzeria 5-10min walk away. Fantastic value for money for one of the best ski resorts in Italy, we will be back! Thank you!

The breakfast, the room, the staff were all very nice. We had a dog and they were super welcoming. We also came in the middle of night and they were very helpful with our check-in.

Modern, comfortable and well renovated hotel/guesthouse. Spacious rooms with balconies, and ski room and sauna available (sauna at a cost).

We found the atmosphere when staying at the hotel to be unwelcoming, and were surprised how difficult it was to find any staff available to ask for help or arrange extras for our stay at any time of the day or night. When we arrived in the evening there was no one at reception for about 20 -30 minutes, and no bell to ring / number to call, and this was the same throughout our stay. If this was communicated to guests staying that there are only certain hours in the day that reception is available or that they needed to call a number that would be absolutely fine, but posters in the room invite guests to come down and ‘ask at reception’ for extras or if we needed anything. We wanted to ask for an extra pillow and also to pay for the sauna access which is advertised for a fee, but we had to try and catch staff at random moments when we happened to see them passing at dinner or breakfast time to do this. We were first told ‘remind me tomorrow’ when we asked about sauna access, and then asked two more times before we actually had our requests met. This happened on the very last night of our stay so we got to use the sauna once which was something we were looking forward to using throughout our holiday. It also takes 15-20 minutes to order coffee at breakfast time on weekends, which given most guests were here to have a quick breakfast before going skiing, meant hot drinks only came when we were finishing our meal, as they did for other tables too. Overall this all added up to feel like we were just staying in private rooms with little service or support during the stay rather than a guesthouse/hotel. It seemed it was a hassle for us and for the staff to ask for or order anything during our stay. Even at check out we had to wait for 30 minutes , coming back and forth to check when someone was at reception and catch the manager/owner when they were passing so we could actually hand our keys in and pay.

A nice stay in the heart of Vermiglio. We loved our time at the property and truly enjoyed their restaurant, which is the absolute highlight. The food was very delicious, some of the best we've had in the region!

Beautifully renovated place, with a good taste. Clean. Good matress. Good typical, local food in the restaurant. But the best was the nice host family keeping the place, always helpful.
