It's worth staying in the hotel

Amazing spa and wellness zone, consisting of a nice pool and three relaxing saunas. Comfortable equipped and sunny room. It's worth staying in the hotel for vacation. Special greatest for housekeepers. My partner has got a gift from the staff, because of his birthday. It was very nice.

Great relaxing stay

One of the most pleasing things was that the hotel is trying to get ride of single use plastic. So no small bottles of shampoo or shower gel. The hotel is big but you never feel like it's just any big hotel. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The spa area is super and the food was very tasty, especially the breakfast.

The only thing we did not like and it was even they are trying to be single use plastic free we got a packed lunch and the sandwiches were wrapped in cling film and the little cake was also in plastic. But the stay was really needed and was everything we needed.

This is probably a great place for family with kids who have a quite long stay at the hotel (apparently, a lot of activities dedicated for them). Far less adapted for couples interested in mountain hiking, early departures, relaxed drink after diner, etc.

Excelente y cómodo

El hotel está impecable y las todas las instalaciones funcionan de maravilla. La atención es excelente y el personal está siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Destacaría el desayuno, que es buffet con muchas opciones (aunque sin bebidas vegetales) y las cenas siempre con platos deliciosos. ¡El spa y la sauna incluidos en el precio!

Los únicos puntos desfavorables son que no tienen gimnasio, aunque tienen un convenio con uno a 20 minutos de allí, y que lavar la ropa es excesivamente caro, a razón de €2 por prenda.

Struttura pulita e ben curata immersa nella natura. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

La struttura è immersa nel Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, e la natura che si trova di per sé vale il viaggio. Camere ed ambienti comuni molto puliti, i proprietari sono gentili ed ospitali, ottimi i servizi offerti. Un plus va al buffet della cena, vario e caldo. Molto carina la Spa, consiglio di sistemare gli angoli della piscina dove il cloro ha tolto un po' di vernice al muro. Daremmo un punteggio maggiore, ma in totale attribuiamo 8.5 per alcuni punti che possono certamente essere migliorati. In primis la descrizione dei servizi: su booking la struttura sembrava offrire delle bici gratuite (l'avevamo scelta anche per questo), ma abbiamo scoperto chiamando che in realtà erano delle e-bike a pagamento (prezzo più che onesto comunque, con siderata la tipologia assegnata). Ma se non lo avessimo fatto avremmo avuto la sorpresa sul posto. Un po' altino anche il plus per ospitare un cane di taglia mini, giusto invece in caso di cani medi- grandi. Certamente da consigliare.

Schönes Hotel mit großem Erholungswert

Sauberkeit, sehr gutes Essen, Hundefreundlich, sehr freundliches Personal, große Auswahl beim Abend Menü, leckere Salate beim abendlichen Buffet, Matratzen waren sehr bequem, großzügiges Zimmer mit zwei Balkonen
