'Sea view 5'. Spend the most precious days of the year - your holiday - on the Baltic Sea. Our bright, friendly apartment. 1 Upstairs is lovingly, with everything set your heart desires. Pamper yourself with a sauna session, relax in the jacuzzi and enjoy the sun on the balcony. In winter, you can look forward to nice hours in front of the fireplace.

Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.

Of course, an elevator in the house is available.
The apartment is on the 1st Upstairs. The balcony is oriented to the northwest.

Kurze Wege und für Kleinkinder bestens geeignet. Wir hatten ein Problem mit Ameisen in der Küche, welches aber durch sehr schnelles Handeln des Ansprechpartners vorort beseitigt werden konnte.
Leider haben unsere Vormieter die Töpfe nicht gereinigt, was sehr ärgerlich war und wir diese nicht benutzt haben.
Ansonsten war alles in bester Ordnung, auch die Nutzung des Strandkorbs hat geklappt.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gemütlich.
Lediglich die kleine Sauna in der mensch nur sitzen oder in Embryostellung liegen kann und der Lärm der Kids von der Mutter-Vater-Kind Klinik haben unsere Entspannung gemindert, deshalb einen Stern weniger.
Ansonsten wurden wir herzlichst begrüßt und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine schöne Wohnung die super gelegen ist.
Das Büro zur Schlüssel Übergabe ist etwas versteckt aber hat trotzdem sehr gut funktioniert.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön, aber es gibt einige Mängel. Wir mussten erst einmal putzen als wir angekommen sind, sehr schade. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist (Lattenroste notdürftig mit Klebeband repariert, krumme Stühle, Duschkopfarmatur defekt, Whirlpool Verkleidung locker.....)
Man konnte mit den Mängeln leben, es wäre schöner gewesen, wären sie nicht dort;)
