Villa Ippocastano

La villa è molto spaziosa, moderna, pulita e confortevole, il proprietario è accogliente e disponibile. C'è un bello giardino con il gazebo e attrezzature per barbecue. La posizione è tranquilla, ma è possibile raggiungere il centro in 15 minuti a piedi.

Gorgeous stylish place. Found it very comfortable and really appreciate the hosts making the effort to meet us and show us around. The kids loved splashing around and they even put up a paddling pool for our toddler. Great location and near to amenities.

Tiny gripes - would have been nice to have a kettle and there was problem with the TV but in both cases to be honest the hosts went out of the way to fix the problem.

Een comfortabel en koel appartement op de begane grond van een grote villa met enorme tuin, een groot zwembad en veel zitgelegenheden. Matteo en zijn familie die op de bovenverdieping wonen, waren super vriendelijk en servicegericht. Er stond een fles wijn als welkomstcadeau op tafel. We waren er met onze hond. Het terrein is volledig omheind en onze hond had alle vrijheid om los rond te lopen. Het is wel goed om te weten dat er ook een kat op het terrein is. De kat heeft duidelijk geen problemen met honden, maar als je hond zoals de onze niet gewend is aan katten, is dat misschien iets om bedacht op te zijn. Het huis is op wandelafstand (20 min) van het centrum van Lucca. Ideaal om deze mooie stad te bezoeken, uit eten te gaan of een ijsje te halen. Verder een ideale uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar bijvoorbeeld Pisa of Florence.

De maasterbedroom ligt aan de zijde van een drukke weg. Zelfs met gesloten ramen was het verkeer 's nachts goed te horen.

This is a beautiful house set in beautiful grounds. The full ground floor of the house is the apartment and it is a very big space. The decor is lovely and all the appliances are high end, it is spotless throughout. The outdoor area is massive and again fantastic. The pool is perfect to cool off in and a good size too. The owners are lovely people who make you feel very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.
