Finca Can Det is nestled in a valley full of orange and olive trees, between the highest peaks of the Tramuntana Mountains, at only 250 metres from the centre of the charming village of Biniaraix.

This traditional newly built stone house is set amid an olive grove.
In the house's interior, terracotta floors, thick exposed stone walls and wooden beamed ceilings give it a genuinely Majorcan character.

Entering the property via the stone terrace, you get to the open-plan living-dining area and an open-style kitchen with a large island.
The lounge room is a relaxed space with comfortable sofas and satellite television. The kitchen and dining space are fully-equipped, perfect for spending lovely evenings dining with your family or friends.
Passing a small corridor, you will find two bedrooms, both en suite and equipped with air conditioning. The first offers two single beds, and the second a super King bed.
You will also find a small toilet with a washing machine on the ground floor.

The large plot mostly planted with typical Mediterranean plants, bushes and olive trees has access through a private gate and there are parking places for three cars.

Behind the house, on a bit elevated position, there is a pool terrace, where a set of sun loungers invite you to sit back and soak up the sunshine, overlooking the leafy valley below.
This incredible pool terrace is an idyllic spot from where to admire a stunning panoramic view of Sóller and the mountainous peaks.

At the front of a house, the cobbled stone terrace offers hours of family time, and the overhead brush pergola provides shade and time out from the warmer hours of the day.

The pretty town of Sóller is about a 2 km drive away; here, you can enjoy exquisite restaurants that invite you to taste the local food and wine and an atmosphere of rural peace.
