Nestled in the picturesque hills above Sóller, this charming cottage is a tranquil retreat just a 15-minute drive from the town’s bustling main square. Perched on the mountainside, the property boasts breathtaking views of the verdant valley below. A quaint iron gate marks the entrance, guiding you along a path that opens up to a stunning terrace and pool area where the scenery is simply unparalleled.
Inside, the cottage features a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, three cozy bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Outside, a covered porch with a flat-top grill invites you to savor delightful Mediterranean meals al fresco. The serene atmosphere, immaculate design, and sweeping vistas promise a truly relaxing and unforgettable holiday.
A car is essential, as there is only one access route to and from the property.
Please note, the final approach to the property is via a steep driveway, so we recommend renting a smaller vehicle. Once you arrive, all that’s left to do is unwind and soak in the peace and beauty of the countryside.

Fantastic property high up on hills above Soller. Had a great break with family enjoying the various places to sit on the terrace at different times of day, all with spectacular views. Lovely morning swims or afternoons bobbing about in the pool level with the birds floating on thermals, barbecuing in the outdoor kitchen and watching the lights come on across the valley. Great communication from hosts, everything was clean and easy, kitchen has all that you’ll need. Would definitely book again. Points to watchYou can walk into Soller in about 20 minutes but you’ll need trainers. Taxis will drop you back up at the gate with some persuasion. The drive through Soller to get to the road up is quite intense with the new low emission one way system. Expect narrow streets, blind corners and prams and moped from all sides. Survive that and the drive up past the cemetery is easy. The off road section down to the property itself is quite challenging- you need a small to mid size car with steep gradients and two hairpins. You do get used to it. On occasion I left the car at the top and walked down but you can’t really do that with bags of ice and booze. Property does not have AC which is no issue as you are high up and there are fans. But if you suffer with heat bear that in mind.

The home is lovely and the property managers are very courteous and prompt in responding. The pool was not ready/swimmable, it was green. But the pool attendant came by twice to try to remedy the situation. The driveway/shared road was treacherous. And due to the padlock on the entry gate, if you wanted to take a taxi you had to walk up/down the steep driveway as the taxi could not get to the house. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the views from the house are spectacular.

Overall the property is ok, though some remarks have to be made:
- the private road to get to the house is very steep and not easy to drive; It's quite a distance from the main road to the house, which means that's walking this steep road is not a given for everybody. ( not possible to walk with your luggage)
- unfortunately the house, with a beautiful view, is located above the main road between Palma and Soller, which generates quite some noise from vehicles, bikes, trucks,..
- finally the (garden) furniture is a bit outdated and has already some age , I believe

Villa is beautiful, view is stunning & the pool is such a great addition. Was a home away from home. All necessitates were provided. Was a very an incredibly comfortable stay.
