Nestled in the picturesque hills above Sóller, this charming cottage is a tranquil retreat just a 10-minute drive from the town’s bustling main square. Perched on the mountainside, the property boasts breathtaking views of the verdant valley below. A quaint iron gate marks the entrance, guiding you along a path that opens up to a stunning terrace and pool area where the scenery is simply unparalleled.
Inside, the cottage features a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, three cozy bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Outside, a covered porch with a BBQ invites you to savor delightful Mediterranean meals al fresco. The serene atmosphere, immaculate design, and sweeping vistas promise a truly relaxing and unforgettable holiday.
A car is essential, there is only one access route to and from the property.
Please note, the final approach to the property is via a steep driveway, so we recommend renting a smaller vehicle. Once you arrive, all that’s left to do is unwind and soak in the peace and beauty of the countryside.

Overall the property is ok, though some remarks have to be made:
- the private road to get to the house is very steep and not easy to drive; It's quite a distance from the main road to the house, which means that's walking this steep road is not a given for everybody. ( not possible to walk with your luggage)
- unfortunately the house, with a beautiful view, is located above the main road between Palma and Soller, which generates quite some noise from vehicles, bikes, trucks,..
- finally the (garden) furniture is a bit outdated and has already some age , I believe

We had a wonderful ten days at this property. It was immaculately clean and well equipped for our young family. We enjoyed the seclusion and views across Soller. The pool was lovely! Communication with the hosts was excellent and we couldn’t ask for any better. Thank you!

Villa is beautiful, view is stunning & the pool is such a great addition. Was a home away from home. All necessitates were provided. Was a very an incredibly comfortable stay.
