About this house rental
Can Bernadet is a charming typical Sóller country house, surrounded by orange trees, lemon trees, and a lush Mediterranean garden. Located on Camí de Son Sales, a picturesque, quiet area away from the bustling center but at the same time very well connected and close to all services and points of interest. Ideal for enjoying a sunny, peaceful environment with an unbeatable location.
The house is accessed via a private path. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a cozy entrance hall leading to a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with high-quality furnishings. The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed between the ground floor and the first floor.
Outside, the space invites rest and fun. The saltwater pool is perfect for cooling off on warm days, while the terrace and porch provide the ideal spot for outdoor meals, especially in the large barbecue area equipped with ceiling fans.
It is worth mentioning that, on occasion, a slight odor may be noticeable due to the presence of a nearby water treatment plant, although this only occurs during periods of high load.

The center of Sóller is a Low Emission Zone (LEZ). Only vehicles with a ZERO emissions environmental badge are allowed to enter and park. Overall, this house has some wonderful aspects, that come with trade-offs. The outdoor space is excellent -- not just the big pool, but the surrounding garden, the beautiful views, and the large, covered, shady outdoor space with both a large dinner table and a large lounge area with an outdoor sofa. We stayed in early September, when it was hot at night and no AC meant keeping the shutters closed all the time, which made the house quite dark. The effect of the nearby water treatment plant is real -- there's a constant low-level drone of noise that you eventually tune out and periodic and brief, infrequent moments when the smell is bad. Not ideal, but not terrible either.The location is gorgeous and you can hike to Port de Sóller or Deia directly from the house. The town of Sóller is a 20-30 minute walk depending on where you go.The property managers are excellent -- friendly, responsive and helpful.

We have stayed 07. Days in the beautiful house and had a great time. Atmosphere, pool and the pricing of the house 100% beat the very little circumstances that are described in the description.

A beautiful villa and a beautiful city with a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay there immensely, and the host was very responsive to all our needs.
