About this house rental

Cas Milà is a lovely and cosy house located only a few minutes away form the main square, it has been recently refurbished, and it is decorated with Majorcan style. It offers a nice and light sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, and a full equipped bathroom on the ground floor. Next to the entrance in a semi-level, there is a room with double bed. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and the other one, with two single beds, and a full equipped bathroom. The bedrooms have new installed ceiling fans. Outside there is a great garden and a dining area, perfect to enjoy nice meals. There is also a good size terrace and a big pool, which invites you to enjoy the sunny and the wonderful views. The area is very quiet, and allows you to relax and rest, while being very close to all places of interest.

*** Important information ***

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.

The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center. The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.

For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
Before your arrival, we will provide you with further information on how to obtain the required authorization.

Pool and location was great. The pillows were cheap and the bed was only mediocre. But the space in general was quite nice. I found it odd that the hosts declined to provide toilet paper forcing us to buy a package for ourselves and presumably the next few guests.

Just the perfect place to stay 5 minutes walk I think the centre of Soller. The house is beautiful and more than big enough for 5 adults. The bedrooms were all spacious with comfortable beds. Outside the pool is just heavenly. We stayed 6-13 sept and so saw the street party annually held outside the villa such a wonderful community. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Everything about this house was perfect. Brilliant communication with Virginia (agent) House was well equipped and impressive. Very comfy beds. Outside space was perfect, it was absolute bliss and very peaceful and the pool was well maintained and very clean and was a godsend in the heat and is a very good size, really could not fault anything about this property. Perfect location, with bakery’s, shops and restaurants just a stroll away. The train and tram stops about a 10 min walk away. Already planning a return trip for next year. Thank you to owners and agents for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

Lovely position five minutes walk from the main square. Fabulously clean and great facilities in the house, and a big garden/orchard out the back where the pool is. Both bathrooms are good, with great showers and the kitchen is well equipped. We were left some amazing fresh oranges and lemons and a welcome bottle of Rosé, so very happy! I would say that air conditioning would have been good in the bedrooms, and that the listing should mention that the pool is salt water, but apart from that we had a very relaxing and happy stay.
