About this house rental
Our old village house, Casa Para Siempre,
(PARA SIEMPRE means “FOREVER,” by the way, and you really won’t want to leave here!)
is located in the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains, an UNESCO Natural Heritage Site, and right between the well-known, typical Mallorcan towns of Sóller and Fornalutx.
Fornalutx, with its small shops and restaurants, is about a 15-minute walk away.
You can reach Sóller by car in about 10 minutes via the region’s characteristic winding roads, or on a romantic hike through orange and lemon groves in about 30 minutes.
The location is ideal for hikers and cyclists.
In our beautifully furnished casa, you’ll have to make your own beds, and meals aren’t served like they are in a hotel. But in return, you’ll have your independence—you won’t have to stick to dining room schedules, and no one here will be judging your outfit.
Reserve a spot by the pool? That’s not a thing here! The outdoor area features a compact plunge pool—perfect for a quick dip to cool off after a day at the beach or when summer temperatures are high.
That alone is pure relaxation!
And how about a barbecue evening on the terrace with a glass of wine or sangria to round off the day? The grill and charcoal are already set up!

This charming, rustic village house with a patio, small garden, covered terrace with a large table, and grill has three floors and is cozily furnished.
The kitchen on the first floor is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, air conditioner, and everything you need for cooking.
On the first floor, there is a room with a bunk bed (for children); in the connecting room in front of it, there is a couch that can also be used as a double bed, as well as a bookshelf with a few books in case you’d like to relax with a good read. A bathroom with a toilet, sink, bathtub, and shower is also available here.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. In the open space in front of it, there is a couch with a table and a TV for your use.
