Traditional Majorcan town house with a nice pool and garden in Soller.Free WiFi

Tolle Stadvilla kann man jedem empfehlen. Kurze Wege zu Supermarkt und Restaurant. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder auch Strandurlaub in Port de Sóller. Pool hat schöne Größe und der Garten/Terasse angenehm. Küche ist gut ausgestattet die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung.

Tolles Haus in dem wir mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern viel Platz hatten. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet - die Terrasse auch im Winter schön. Die Schlafzimmer sind grossszuegig, das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gross - dabei konnten wir wegen der winterlichen Kälte noch nicht mal alle Räume nutzen. Gleich gegenüber ist eine schöne Bar und in zwei Mintuten ist man bei einem kleinen Supermarkt. Alles in allem sehr viel Charme, wunderschöne Bilder im ganzen Haus - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We hired this property for a stay in April 2017. This attractive town house comfortably housed 7 of us over 4 floors with its spacious and elegant design. It is idealy situated on the edge of town with the start to walks to Fornalutx and Biniaraix just a few minutes away. The centre of town is a 10 minute stroll away where one can easily spend good deal of time in the local cafes while watching the tram wind its way back and forth to Port de Soller. However if you are feeling lazy the local cafe on the corner opposite the Spar is a relaxing, friendly and cheap alternative. The weather was excellent so the swimming pool was a bonus even this early in the year. There was plenty of parking nearby to the local stadium and the overall location was a great launchpad to the rest of the island.

This house is in a convenient position about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Soller. It has plenty of space with mostly high ceilings and a lovely entrance hall and marble staircase. It is though right on quite a busy road, so the front 2 bedrooms were noisy. Parking can be difficult as the car park nearby was often full. The garden is very pleasant and the surrounding gardens and views from the back of the house are pretty. Weather was too cool for us to use the pool. The kitchen itself is fine, but the equipment could be better; no medium-sized saucepans, only a few wine glasses and a small kettle for the gas hob. We had to buy hand soap, tablets for the dishwasher, extra toilet rolls and detergent for clothes washing. In other rentals these are often provided. The nearby Spar was good for shopping. The drains were quite smelly, especially in the mornings in the bathrooms. Only one set of door keys was provided and as 6 of us were staying, this was inconvenient on several occasions, when we were not doing things together. During the booking process Mallorca Born Properties replied to my queries quickly and efficiently. So all in all a nice house, but several aspects could be improved.
