Located on the outskirts of the charming villa of Mancor de la Vall, this villa is the ideal place for a relaxing retreat at any time of the year. There are many hiking trails in the area, and cycling enthusiasts will be pleased with the strategic location of the house for different routes on hand. The mountains to the rear of the house and the extensive landscape in front of the house add character and life to the villa.
The house has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The spacious living room has large sofas, beautiful carpets and quality materials. The dining room has direct access to the front terrace, nicely furnished with outdoor and chill out furniture, and views to the swimming pool and garden. The other two double bedrooms are on the upper floor, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there is also a sitting room with a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for spending time reading in front of it in winter. This quiet corner leads out onto the terrace with its fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers.
