About this house rental
In the middle of a large estate near Santa Maria with a magnificent view of the Tramuntana mountains and surrounded by almond and orange trees, the former manor house with various parts of the building is located in a large and lovingly landscaped garden. In the stately main building, only the upper floor is available, which is accessible via an external staircase and of course its own separate entrance. Here you will find four of the 8 sleeping places with two separate bedrooms, a complete kitchen, large living area and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with German satellite TV and is open to a spacious dining area, which is decorated with typical country house details. The other four beds are located in two separate extensions, which are separate from the main house. In both areas, which are kept open, there are two sleeping places, a bathroom, living area with its own satellite TV and dining table and a kitchenette. All three areas - the main building and the two extensions - have air conditioning units. The various areas are only rented to a group of guests, not separately. Basic price for 4 people - then only the large area in the main house is available, both apartments are closed. There is another apartment for 5-6 guests and both extensions are available for 7-8 guests. All areas also have their own terrace areas. The mobile outdoor grill is also located in this idyllic setting. Internet via WiFi is available free of charge in all areas and even at the pool.
At the very large, elevated pool (6 x 12 meters) there are enough loungers and parasols available.
As a special offer for bike tourists, there is a small bike workshop for personal use and safe storage of the bikes.
There are further parts of the building on the property, which are managed by the owner's family and are partly inhabited by the family in summer. There are also cats on the property. The mountains of the Tramuntana, Palma and numerous beaches are quickly accessible, ideal starting point for exploring the entire island. Enjoy the peace and the incomparable location of this green oasis.
Security deposit: Upon arrival, a security deposit of € 300 is due in cash.
Consumption-related additional costs: The electricity in this house is billed separately according to actual consumption and meter reading on departure or charged with a deposit (0.27ct).

The villa is located on lovely secluded grounds, which was perfect as a location for our cycling holiday. Plenty of cycling routes from that location.The villa is split in different spaces/ areas so make sure to check what space is under your booking (it is not the full house). The owners are lovely and very accommodating. Might be useful to have a car for going in and out but we used taxis/ Ubers for everything and it was absolutely fine going in and out of Palma. The village nearby is cute with a few shops and food options.

We stayed as a group of 5 in September and loved it so much. We had ample living space and room to cook and host. We especially loved watching the sunset while eating dinner up in the tower. The pool area was clean and well maintained and the temperature was refreshingly cool. The cats that roamed the property were very sweet. There was space to park our hire car too. We were so impressed with the beauty of this property- we would absolutely stay here again.

The main house and the flat outside which we occupied were both spacious and comfortable. The cactus gardens were absolutely beautifully maintained and the e swimming pool is huge. The water was very cold however so we didn’t use it much. The games area was great for the kids.
The owner was very kind and helpful overall. The farm is located just outside Santa Maria del Camí and we loved our visit to the winery Macia Batle which is walking distance. The town also has a lovely market on Sundays.it is close to the train tracks, but we were not bothered by any noise from the trains.
We had a few issues during our stay, which were promptly sorted out. There is room for adding some basics like a large bottle of water upon arrival and cleaning spray for the kitchen, but overall we had a very comfortable stay.

We met up with our Granddaughter, sons and daughter in law, after a long time not seeing them. It was the perfect spot, with lots of room for everyone. The owner was very helpful, next time we need to speak more Spanish!!!
