Comfortable stay near Pitigliano

It's a beautiful property not far from Pitigliano with a great outdoor space and pool area. The room is comfortable, and it is great to have cold bottle water waiting for you in the fridge. Fresh fruit at breakfast is always a welcomed bonus. Super friendly and helpful host.

We didn't understand the aircon unit, and only realised it when it was too late to ask. This resulted in a hot night, but fortunately, we could sleep with the windows open. I would have preferred a private patio space instead of a shared one. Going out for supper to Pitigliano wasn't great, and the road back is very winding and dark.

It's not a comment, but a recommendation - a little more abundance of salty foods for breakfast. Relatively far from Pitigliano, which guarantees silence, but the town can only be reached by car.

If you want to crash out in the Maremma countryside with a pool, helpful staff and good food, go to FicOlivo. The room was large and the air-conditioning worked ok. They also make the best olive oil we have ever tasted.

Just for appearances, we would remove some weeds from the walk to the car park if you really want optics to match the price.

Everything was amazing, wonderful place, big pool, very nice hosts. It is a very quiet place, but a short distance from a wonderful historic town. The only thing that could complicate the stay a little was a weak internet connection (it would not be suitable for work)

Absolutely perfect, beautiful hotel set right in the countryside, 10 minute drive from pitigliano, the rooms were perfect, modern, very clean, great size and lovely bathroom, with good amenities (hairdryer, soaps, towels) fridge in room with some room service if needed, and easy parking! our room even had a lovely little patio attached with a table and chairs, a clean lovely pool with lounges free to use, the breakfast room was so lovely, countryside style, with homemade cakes, breads, yoghurt, fruit, tea/coffee/juice .. a great spread, staff were very friendly and we loved the dog Milo and the cute little cat, we also managed to see a wild deer in the field next to us and a hare

The environment, the pool and Romano´s kindness.

The feeling that we bothered the owner. The greed of trying to save on breakfast portions or the recommendation not to lower the A/C below 20ºC in the middle of a heat wave. The fact of not letting the children play quietly in the pool. The fact of sitting at the buffet table so that no one serves themselves. The value for money is horrible compared to all the accommodations we are seeing in Italy.

Nice and quite location, very close to several nice spot to visit

Unfortunately we arrive while a new house close by is under construction, therefore the view of the surroundings is not at the top. Breakfast was good , but I prefer buffet approach instead to be served and keep asking for something more.

Even tough everything was fine and very friendly owners, but overpriced. I am in the travel business , even 4-5* hotel have good deals in the winter that would cost less. for 2 nights for 1 person 218 €. end september to much, stayed before in a wonderful 1 boutique bedroom flat for 97€ for 2 night.

Nice and comfortable stay near Pitigliano

The location is a 5 minutes drive from Pitigliano, in a secluded and quiet area. Plenty of space for parking (covered). We didn't really use the swimming pool but it was great to have. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, I really enjoyed the homemade cookies and the pizza with olive oil. Also Terme di Saturnia is a 30 mins drive, very doable and definitely worth visiting. Our host also recommended some interesting areas to explore nearby, thank you for that!

Fantastic quiet Place with pool

This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are very clean and the place itself is very nice and comfortable. The swimmingpool is great and the garden too. The hosts are very kind. A really great place over all

It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan or an airconditioning in the bedroom. It was very warm so a little something to cool the room down would have been great. Also the hosts don’t speak any English, sometimes that makes it a bit difficult to communicate.

La struttura immersa nella campagna, ma a pochi km di macchina da Pitigliano, ha permesso di godere del silenzio e della tranquillitá, un bel giardino con piscina da godersi in periodi con temperature più miti e calde.La sala colazione intima e ben attrezzata con torte fatte in casa. Giovanna ed Eleonora sono state super disponibili e accoglienti dandoci consigli su cosa fare e vedere nei dintorni.

Un’oasi di pace tra gli uliveti.

Immersa nei campi di ulivo vicino Pitigliano la struttura ha le camere locate in diverse palazzine ottocentesche. L’accoglienza è stata sublime grazie al sorridente Romano, “l’uomo di casa” che ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa spiegandoci la sua passione per gli ulivi e la natura. Tutto era super curato nei minimi dettagli: pulizia, arredamento e suppellettili. Camera grande e ben riscaldata, bagno ampio e dotato di ogni comfort. La colazione è fatta con torte e dolci di loro produzione, sia salata che dolce; buonissime le torte della signora Giovanna che ci ha accolto la mattina dandoci un bel buongiorno. Tutto veramente speciale.
