Cute 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on South Lake Leelanau. Each bedroom has a Full bed. The sunroom has futon for extra sleeping space (for a child). This house can be rented together with the main house or separately. Home has it s own yard, parking, fire pit, and swimming area.
We are located close to downtown Traverse City and many wineries. There is a Hiking/Biking trail very close as well. Enjoy the many restaurants and shopping in Traverse City and Sutton s Bay or relax on the lake and watch the beautiful sunset! Sorry, no pets allowed.

The cottage was very cute. The bathroom needed some attention. The toilet is not level and the sink under cabinet was leaking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location of property on the lake. Parking is a little tight but made it work. Property manager was not very responsive but it all worked out.

Properity was great location, neat and clean. This was our 2nd year to stay there. The dock was not there this year. The internet was very bad and caused some real problems since there were occasions where i had to work. This was not an issue last year.
