Clean and spacious rooms.

Pre-checked in through the app and got the digital key but still had to go to the front desk to give a credit card (I used a 3rd party to book).

I feel like we overpaid for what we got. Overall this stay was decent but could have been better for sure.

The location was good. The hotel was close to a lot of places to eat and shop. It was located on a road that was off the main street so it was easy to access. I liked all the bright colors and updated look. The kitchenette was very nice. I loved the fact that the fridge had a freezer and there was a full size microwave. The couch that makes out into a bed was great and the curtain that separated the living space from the beds was really cool. I really liked the walk in shower. It was clean and really nice!

Parking was okay but when it was full the spaces left were too small for us to park. Breakfast was not that good. I ended up going to the store and purchasing food to keep in the room. Trash bags were left outside the elevators making the whole hallway smell like a garbage can. The entire stay at the hotel, we had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. This was because nobody came to clean the room or at least refill these items. There was no lock on the bathroom door so I found myself feeling like somebody might accidentally open the door each time I was in there or peek in the gaps of the barn door.

Convenience, excellent amenities in our room (double queen), great shower, excellent breakfast.

Need better food line set up. Waffle area is in the wrong spot and holds up the line. There was a dirty towel in our room not picked up from previous guests by housekeeping.

I would like my 70.00 this the first time I’ve ever waited for the stay fee to get back on my card!!!

It was clean

That I still haven’t got my 70.00 back for the 35.00 dollars a night. Yall say yall have free WiFi find out that was a lie and pool stayed full never even got to swim, just not my type of hotel/ suite but I have learned my lesson to stick with what you know

Nice hotel. Walls are thin.

The location of the hotel is surrounded by places to eat and only 15 minutes to shopping.

The walls are paper thin. Could hear people next to us laughing and blasting music all night and even at 8 in the morning. You can hear people in the hallways walking and talking.
