Good location, friendly staff, and lots of variety of foods for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my second time traveling to Springdale for business purposes, and I chose to stay here again because of a good experience on the first trip. It's a great value. My colleague and I (who traveled separately) used the lobby to do some last minute work. We appreciated the ample space on the work table and the handy electrical outlets for our laptops.

The elevator in my wing needed servicing. I was afraid I might get stuck in it, but it worked okay in spite of the scary noise it made as it approached the 3rd floor.

Location

Noise, the air conditioner is loud and does a little whistle when it starts. Room was to close to the ice machine. The traffic noise never stopped so sleep was hard to achieve.

We are very satisfied with our stay

I like the fact the hotel is pet friendly. The front desk staff is always so nice. This stay was our second time at this hotel so I was comfortable staying again.

Great place to stay and I would stay there again.

Holly at the front desk was so nice she helps us with the double booking that happened with a smile on her face saying not to worry and then upgraded our room. She also helped us find a steak restaurant. She suggested the all American steakhouse. The food was incredible. We ate there 2 meals.

Honestly I can’t think of anything. The beds were a bit harder than my liking but that is a personal preference. I did go out and climb on the pull out couch and slept like a baby. Usually those ante uncomfortable but I thought it was great !

Would have been better and safer if I had had a handicap accessible room.

I had requested an accessible room. When we got there, room was not accessible so they changed it over to one having 2 queens instead of a king. The only difference in our room and our friends' room was a handicap bar down the middle of the shower. I couldn't step into the tub and there were no bars to help me get on and off the toilet. It was definitely not a handicap accessible room as It was passed off to be. Very disappointing.

The stay was great walking distance to a restaurant

When we went to checkout, the gentleman behind the desk told my wife that we couldn’t checkout because all the taxes hadn’t been paid by booking, so was charged 25.20 so he would let us checkout, I think my wife did text booking but in about 5 minutes the manger texted my wife and we were refunded the 25.20 and was sorry for the mixup.

It was a standard Hampton Inn. Nothing exciting but good beds and generally clean.

1st night - the smoking area was outside my window. It is not marked as a smoking area, but when I quizzed the front desk the next morning I found out they ask customers to smoke 20 feet from the front door, which is where my room was located. The smoke woke me up several times in the night. 2nd night - I asked for a new room, which I got, and it was a nice room. The problem was there was a "jingle" in the air vent. I asked them to come check it. The front desk person did, and said he could hear it and would send a building repair person to fix it. Two hours went by and I had not heard anything so left a message with the building people. Then called the front desk and no one answered. I ended up sleeping on the short sofa to keep away from the jingle. I left before 4 am. I asked for a refund for that night, which was agreed to, but I have not yet received a credit on my card.
