Loved every bit of this cottage!

The location is just on the edge of town a little bit into the Horn Head area. The cottage is perfect! It is attached to the owner’s cottage but feels separate. The living area and dining area are light filled, roomy but cozy. The view is lovely and there is a nice sitting area outside. The two bedrooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom and shower are roomy. The whole place is spotless. The drive on Horn Head is easily accessed and is beautiful! Hosts are kind but not obtrusive. Washing machine is new and a large drying rack or outside hanger available. We would stay here again in a minute!!

Cottage was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Views were incredible. Host was so friendly and helpful. Great restaurants, bars and shops only a 20 minute walk away. Local taxi available if you needed one.

Lovely little house near Dunfanaghy. Bit difficult to find but lovely place to stay. Close to Tramore beach ( great tip from owner) a good walk to village so not in village itself but still walkable. Great value for money.

Fabulous accommodation

We loved everything.The host's attention to detail was second to none.From the milk in the fridge when we arrived to the shampoo in the bathroom.These little touches as well as the stunning views contributed to us having a great time.We were in walking distance of two great beaches and close to local pubs and restaurants.There is a great choice of local eateries and we were able to get the local taxi home.

well equipped and thoughtful extras like pods for the washing machine. the views are nice. there’s a little back deck to sit out. the host was very nice and helpful. easy access to great walks around the horn head.

it’s a little further from Dunfanaghy village than indicated - it’s around 1.3kms from the village - still easily walkable to go to the pub.

We loved staying here. The house was lovely and comfortable with everything you could need for your stay. Ursula was very welcoming and we really appreciated how she had bread/milk for us and had the fire lit for our arrival on a cold day! If we ever plan a return visit we will definitely stay here again :-)

This property is so comfortable and cosy that l felt at home straight away.. there is everything you need , comfy warm beds , great shower and my favourite was the coal fired stove in the living area which gave off a warm glow in the evening.

A great few days away in a rural setting to reconnect and enjoy some family time!

The views are spectacular from the property and the host is extremely welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Homely space and nice to be out in the quiet. Lots of beautiful walks and beaches to explore from the property too and Dunfanaghy itself is only a short 15min walk away.

Maybe some extras such as hand soap and dish cloths. kitchen door would be helpful to keep noise down (we travelled with a baby). Maybe a welcome book with some property and local area info. included.
