Enjoy the sunny island of Usedom in our 82m² apartment in the Landhaus am Haff in Stolpe!
The apartment extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance area with a wardrobe and staircase, there is the newly furnished luxury fitted kitchen with all advantages such as granite worktop, dishwasher, built-in stove with induction hob, fridge with separate frost compartment, microwave, coffee bar and a dining table for 6 people. In the living room there is a large leather set that can be pulled out and used as a sofa bed. Of course there is a fast free WiFi in these days. On the ground floor there is also a separate guest toilet and a storage room.
Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with an additional TV. The large bathroom has 2 windows so that the morning sun shines in. In addition to a double vanity with mirror cabinet, there is a large shower and a toilet.
Due to its location, the spacious terrace offers privacy in the beach chair. The other patio furniture includes 2 sun loungers and a large table and armchair with upholstery for 6 people. A barbecue area with charcoal grill and massive wooden table with benches is located at a safety distance of 20 meters directly at the house!
The center of Stolpe is about 300 meters away. After a 5-minute walk along a historic cobblestone path, you come to the restored and partially rebuilt castle of Stolpe. Right next to the castle and village pond is the restaurant Remise, which is known throughout the island, in a former horse and wagon building. Next to it is the village bakery, which is known in the region for its extraordinary bee sting.

Die Reedgedeckte Unterkunft ist in Ausstattung und Sauberkeit nennenswert. Die Einrichtung ist Stilvoll, die technische Ausstattung von hoher Qualität. Von der Unterkunft ist verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder

Hier können wir nur eine klare Empfehlung Aussprechen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage, das Objekt, Service, Kommunikation alles war so wie es sein sollte. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder Buchen.

Auf Grund einer fehlenden Email hatten wir keinen Code um an den Schlüssel zu kommen. Das konnte sehr schnell geklärt werden, dank sehr schneller und guter Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung. Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber und wie fanden es schön. Wir waren für 3 Tage zu viert, dann zu dritt. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, würden es jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Das Ferienhaus am Haff ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung wurde Anfang diesen Jahres renoviert und mit neuem Boden und renoviertem Bad und Gästetoilette versehen. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben so gut wie nichts vermisst. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und auch direkt an dem neuen Fahrradweg zur Stadt Usedom. Das war das Positive!
Jetzt zum Negativen: Um es mal vorsichtig auszudrücken, der Verwalter Herr Schultz, geht gar nicht! Ich möchte hier nicht auf Einzelheiten eingehen…. Es ist so schade, es ist so ein schönes Haus, aber leider wird es nicht ausreichend gepflegt und die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe dann die Fenster im Wohnzimmer geputzt, weil mich der Schmutz so gestört hat. Erwähnen sollte man noch, dass in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft neue Häuser entstehen und der Baulärm Morgens ab 7:00 Uhr doch die beschauliche Ruhe sehr stört….
