Two bedrooms, a recreation room, a spacious living and dining area, a modern open-concept kitchen, and a separate home office with an ergonomic workspace make for a relaxing “workation”—all with a view of the countryside.
For children, there’s plenty of space to play and a pirate castle to climb on. Bicycles and cars have a sheltered parking spot in the carport.
Just 200 meters away, a small swimming area with a playground invites you to swim and relax. Shopping options are just a few minutes away in Rankwitz or the town of Usedom.
