The two comfortable, non-smoking vacation apartments are located in a spacious vacation home on the landlord's property. An outdoor staircase leads to the two adjacent vacation apartments, each of which spans two floors. A shared main hallway, which serves as a vestibule, leads to both apartments: to the right is the “Milchkammer” and to the left is the “Käserei,” each with its own hallway.
From the hallway, you can access the bathroom and the kitchen, dining, and living area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Through the small, fully equipped kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and dishes, you enter the dining area and from there into the spacious living area with a sofa set, satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player, and a separate cozy reading nook. From the living room, you step out onto a balcony with seating. From here, you have a beautiful view of Lake Krienker and the surrounding fields and meadows.
A spiral staircase leads to a spacious hallway on the top floor, from which three bedrooms branch off. The hallway features another cozy seating area, and another balcony with a lounge chair branches off from here. All rooms on the top floor have sloped ceilings. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1.80 x 2.00), and one with twin beds. 
You can also enjoy breakfast in our 2,500-square-meter garden. Just a few steps beyond the property, you can play soccer or other games with your children, depending on your mood. Barbecues in the garden are also permitted by arrangement.
The initial supply of microfiber bed linens and towels (1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per person), utility costs, and final cleaning are included in the price. A parking space for your vacation rental is available on the property.

The Lieper Winkel peninsula, with its villages, is an idyllic spot of tranquility and seclusion on the island of Usedom. A true paradise for families—both young and young at heart— anglers, hikers, cyclists, and those seeking relaxation on Usedom. The charming landscape between the Peene River and the Achterwasser is characterized by farmland, meadows, pine forests, wide belts of reeds along the shores, and an abundance of wildlife and fish. The Lieper Winkel can be reached via a main road, part of which is lined with trees. The village of Liepe, which gives this wonderful spot its name, is located in the center of the peninsula. Several tranquil swimming spots, perfect for those who love peace and quiet, are located within a 2–3 km radius. Restaurants and two small grocery stores are located in the neighboring villages. (Aldi, Plus, the post office, and doctors are in the town of Usedom, 13 km away.)
The Rankwitz harbor is 2.5 km away. At the Alte Räucherei, you’ll be served delicious fish specialties. A well-stocked fish market offers fresh and house-smoked fish every day.
The village of Liepe is home to the oldest church mentioned in historical records; it is a brick structure in the open countryside without a tower.
From here, you can easily reach the Baltic Sea resorts in about half an hour (28 km).



Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
