Beach, water, nature, and LOTS of sunshine... that’s Usedom—with 1,900 hours of sunshine a year, it’s Germany’s sunniest island!
NORDLICHT invites you to enjoy a vacation under a thatched roof with a fantastic view of the surrounding thatched-roof houses and the Achterwasser. The semi-detached house is individually and cozily furnished, offers plenty of space, and features comfortable amenities—including Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washing machine.
Centrally located on the island of Usedom in the former fishing village of Loddin, it’s an ideal starting point for beach trips, a wide range of leisure activities, and excursions to the Amber and Imperial spas. The Baltic Sea beach is just a few minutes away by bike. A highlight in the evening is the sunset over the Achterwasser!
Here’s a tip for boat owners: The natural harbor of Loddin is just 200 meters away—it offers 8 guest berths.

* 3 bedrooms on the upper floor
* Large living room with built-in kitchen, dining table for 6 people, sitting area, and TV.
* Kitchen: Dishwasher, oven/microwave, stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster,...
* 2 bathrooms: Bathroom (upper floor): shower, toilet, sink; Bathroom (first floor): bathtub, toilet, sink
* Storage room: includes washing machine + drying rack.
* Terrace/Balcony: with patio furniture and a beautiful view of the thatched-roof neighboring houses and the Achterwasser. The terrace was renovated and expanded in 2023.
* Parking/Storage: You can park your car in the designated parking space. Bicycles can be stored in the shed (which has a charging station for e-bikes).

VISITOR’S TAX – USEDOMCARD: In addition to the rent, a visitor’s tax of 2.00 euros (early season) to 2.80 euros (high season) per person per day applies, which is billed separately outside of Vrbo. Children under 6 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax. Further information on the tourist tax and the benefits of the UsedomCard can be found on the Bernsteinbäder Usedom website.

Sehr ruhige aber schöne Lage. Haus war sehr sauber und alles da. Terrasse schon sehr verwittert und müsste sicherlich bald erneuert werden aber ansonsten sehr schön und erholsam. Man brauch Auto oder Rad um zum Bäcker oder Einkauf zu kommen, nur als Tipp :)

Alles war Sauber und von der Aufteilung Super. Leider nur zwei Lokale im Ort. Sonst eine schöne Gegend.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, waren mit 6 Personen darunter 2 Kleinkinder..
Wur konnten uns sehr gut erholen , das Häuschen liegt ideal, schön ruhig...
Man kann alles sehr gut mit Rad und Auto erreichen , guter Kontakt mit Vermieter etc ...
