About this apartment rental
There are two identical apartments on the first floor.
Both 3-room apartments measure 65 square meters each and are suitable for 4 people, plus 2 additional guests on the sleeper sofa in the living area, as well as one toddler in a travel crib. Here you’ll find an open-concept living/dining area with a kitchenette, dining area, and cozy sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and a guest restroom. There is a TV in both the sitting area and the bedroom with the two single beds.
On cooler days, the heating keeps the rooms warm, and on hot days, you can maintain a comfortable temperature using our air conditioning (billed based on usage).
Linen packages (bed linens + shower towel + hand towel) can be booked separately, or you can bring your own.
Dish towels and basic kitchen supplies (a few dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, dish soap, and coffee filters) are already included in the price.

Our house, with 3 vacation apartments, is located in beautiful Ückeritz—right next to the coastal forest (about a 10-minute walk to the beach).
Quietly situated in the Wockninsee Nature Reserve, nestled in the middle of the forest on a property spanning approximately 5,000 square meters. Lake Wockninsee is nearby. On the large outdoor area, you’ll find a fire pit where you can also barbecue (a grill is provided). There are also several covered seating areas.
In town, you’ll find shopping options for your daily needs (Edeka, ALDI). There is also a gas station in the immediate vicinity (approx. 8 km).
Cafés and restaurants in town offer a variety of dining options.
