Welcome to the holiday - Comfortable holiday nest in Kölpinsee The newly built in 1999 House in Kölpinsee is quiet and the beach located. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beach of the sunny island of Usedom. The house holds next to beautiful apartments parking at the house, a lockable storage room for your bicycles and patio and balcony ready for you.

Wohlfühlnest under the roof - This high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment with about 72 square meters of living space was completely renovated in March 2016 and equipped with new furniture. It has a spacious roof terrace (6.8 sqm) with patio furniture and a parasol, a parking space and a bike shed. The cozy living room with large, comfortable sofa and large dining table with 6 chairs swing ideal for television, feasting and common games evenings. In the separate kitchen you can satisfy your desire to cook your favorite dishes or preparing breakfast in the morning. The two bedrooms invite with comfortable double beds for relaxing breaks. Your holiday wardrobe takes place in the large wardrobes space. In the large family bedroom, there is also a tandem bed for 2 children and a baby cot including mattress and cushions for our youngest guests. Our advantage for you - to your arrival will have been made the beds and we provide for each person one large and one small towel for free. Please bring bed linen or a sleeping bag and a baby cot. In this beautiful apartment especially the needs of the younger guests were taken into account. You can expect a generous facilities with toilet seat, podium, potty, baby food warmers, a steam sterilizer and a children's table with two little chairs. Of course, a highchair is ready for the little ones. A Duschwannenbad baths, windows, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer and washing machine are also available. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).
