About this apartment rental
The modern Bernsteinquartier 11/82 vacation rental welcomes you to a quiet and picturesque location in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Kölpinsee on the popular island of Usedom. Just about 950 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation here between the Baltic Sea, the coastal forest, and the expansive Bodden landscape. The “Bernsteinquartier” vacation home, newly built in 2022, offers contemporary comfort and high-quality amenities in an attractive location.
The 68-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine level and offers a spacious feel with a well-thought-out floor plan, making it ideal for families or couples traveling together. The centerpiece is the bright living and dining area with an open, modern kitchen. It is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, so you can comfortably prepare your own meals even while on vacation. The inviting dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals, game nights, or social gatherings. In the living area, a flat-screen TV provides entertainment; streaming services such as Amazon Prime and Netflix can be accessed with your own account. A cozy sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space for a fifth and sixth person, ensuring that even larger families have plenty of room. Color-coordinated furniture and thoughtful details create a cozy atmosphere. The sunny balcony is a wonderful place—especially in the morning—to enjoy a relaxing breakfast on the comfortable lounge furniture.
The vacation rental has two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and a wardrobe. The second bedroom features a bunk bed and a dresser, ideal for children or additional guests. The modern and stylish bathroom features a shower with a floor-level entry. Pleasant underfloor heating ensures a comfortable living environment year-round. A washing machine, a crib, and a high chair are also provided.
To ensure a relaxing start to your vacation on Usedom, the beds are already made upon arrival, and plenty of towels are provided for you. Basic amenities, including all the essentials, are, of course, provided. Free Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and a lockable communal bike storage room round out the amenities and make this vacation rental a comfortable place to stay for a relaxing getaway on the Baltic Sea.
