This modern Swedish-style house is equipped to accommodate 2 to 6 people and offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation. The private property surrounding the house is lovingly landscaped with plants and small trees, contributing to a restful environment.
This cozy and spacious Swedish-style house features 84 m² of living space on one level and is ideal for a relaxing vacation for two, as well as for a family vacation or a group of friends. A highlight is the large, very sheltered south-west-facing terrace with an awning and exclusive, comfortable patio furniture, as well as two roll-up lounge chairs. Large, open living area with a bright veranda. Comfortable leather sofa set in an elegant, modern design with a sleep function on the veranda. Cozy relaxation corner in an alcove in the living room (additional sleeping space). High-quality kitchen in a modern, fresh design with a breakfast bar, glass-ceramic cooktop, and fully equipped. The modern leather sofa set in anthracite, the large 55-inch LCD TV with Ambilight LED backlighting, and a stereo system round out the spacious living area. It features beautiful cotto flooring in warm colors. An electric fireplace with a stunning flame effect creates a cozy atmosphere.
An infrared sauna with colored light therapy in the bathroom provides soothing relaxation. The sauna, featuring a large glass front, is equipped with 4 full-spectrum heaters and 1 carbon-surface heater in the floor. The amenities are rounded out by an ionizer and an FM radio with MP3, USB port, and Bluetooth.
Designed as a wellness oasis, the spacious bathroom features a floor-level, tiled walk-in shower with a shower drain—particularly comfortable. It also features high-quality fixtures, such as a toilet with an antibacterial coating and a thermostatic shower faucet. The shower is particularly spacious, measuring 1 m wide. The slip-resistant tiles throughout the bathroom ensure safe footing. A washer-dryer is also available for your use.
You’ll find a state-of-the-art bedroom (beech/blue) with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. In the living area, 2 additional beds can be set up in the relaxation corner of the living room or on the porch.
The entire house features underfloor heating and exclusive tile floors in every room. In the evening, atmospheric LED lighting turns on in the garden. A private parking space is available in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests throughout the house. Just a 2-minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach—prime location.

Exclusive, detached Swedish-style house with a large, open living area and a bright veranda—just 350 m from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Comfortable leather sofa set in an elegant, modern design with a sleeper function on the veranda. State-of-the-art bedroom (beech/blue) with a double bed; second bedroom with 2 single beds (no space for a crib in the bedrooms); 2 additional sleeping arrangements (leather sofa set) possible in the living room or on the veranda. Bathroom with a large, walk-in, level-floor shower. The entire house features underfloor heating. Large, very sheltered south-west-facing terrace with an awning and exclusive, comfortable patio furniture, as well as two folding lounge chairs; large natural lot. Very quiet location, a 2-minute walk to the beach.
Bed linens can be rented upon request. Bed linens cost 12 euros per bed; shower towels and hand towels cost 8 euros per person. The visitor’s tax is not included in the travel price and must be paid to the landlord on site in accordance with the currently valid visitor’s tax ordinance. The travel price depends on the number of guests. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking. Additional guests are permitted only with the landlord’s prior consent and for an extra charge (extra bed). On a separate portion of the property, separated by a green hedge, we rent out a bungalow to a maximum of 2 guests.
