FeWo René - KOS Hotel & Ferienpension Elisabeth Haus Bergmann

Your “René” basement vacation rental occupies the entire lower level of the single-family home and has its own separate entrance. You’ll reach your vacation rental via an entrance staircase leading to two small terraces, which are furnished with patio furniture and feature your own beach chair. Your apartment consists of a very spacious living area with a lounge and living room, a kitchen, and a bedroom. It has its own fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. In the large living room, you’ll find two sofa sets that can be converted into beds for up to two people. A 55-inch flat-screen TV (PGJyLz4) allows you to watch many regional, national, and international TV channels. We provide Wi-Fi for our guests.
Your separate, fully equipped brand-name kitchen is furnished with, among other things, a large refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, built-in stove, and coffee maker.
The bedroom features a large double bed for sleeping, dreaming, and relaxing! Ample storage space is provided by a large built-in closet. If you’d like, you can also book mid-stay cleanings for €90 each. The garden also features a seating area and a beach chair for relaxing, as well as a rotary clothesline for drying beach and swimwear.
If the vacation rental is not left in proper condition upon departure, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of €160.00!
If needed, you can use our laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board at the Hotel & Ferienpension Elisabeth at Jugendweg 18.



Haus Bergmann is located just 2 minutes from the beach, so you can enjoy the soothing sound of the waves and the scent of the sea right in your bedroom! The oxygen- and iodine-rich air from the Baltic Sea will ensure you get a restful, health-promoting night’s sleep. Highly recommended for allergy sufferers! Pets are not allowed in this house. Our fully equipped vacation apartments are located on different floors of the house and each has a separate entrance. Three electric car charging stations are located at the Hotel & Ferienpension Elisabeth at Jugendweg 18, which you are welcome to use. 



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
