This semi-detached cottage is set on a working livestock farm, close to Newcastle Emlyn and sleeps five people in three bedrooms.
Ysgubor Uchaf is a semi detached cottage on a working livestock farm in the hamlet of Brongest near Newcastle Emlyn. The cottage has a double with en-suite, a further double, and a single room which can be offered as a cot room on request. There is a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath upstairs, and a shower room on the ground floor. There is a well equipped kitchen, and a comfy sitting room with dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture, and the opportunity to see the owners' prize-winning livestock by prior arrangement. Ysgubor Uchaf offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy all the sights and sounds of a farm holiday but in luxury quality accommodation.

Electric and gas range cooker with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear patio with furniture and BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times while outdoors due to proximity of farm animals.
