Gardener’s Cottage is a semi-detached cottage near to the village of Llanwrthwl in Mid Wales. The cottage sleeps five people and has one double bedroom, one twin, a single and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside is off road parking and a garden with outdoor furniture. With three other cottages on site and a spectacular location next to the River Wye, Gardener’s Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage.
Amenities: Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and logs for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Note: Private salmon, trout and grayling fishing at £10 per rod, per week.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The village of Llanwrthwl sits on the River Wye between Builth Wells and Rhayader. Llanwrthwl is home to a small shop and church which is home to a prehistoric standing stone. Rhayader is three miles away and has shops, restaurants, pubs and a leisure complex.
