L’odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain Cela n’affecte pas le reste de l’appartement, l’odeur reste seulement dans cette pièce. Pas de crochet pour les serviettes de douche.

La posizione è certamente comoda, anche se la via dove si trova l'appartamento ha davvero un odore disgustoso (che però non arriva assolutamente dentro l'appartamento). Il gestore è stato molto gentile, ascoltando sempre le nostre richieste e chiedendo durante il soggiorno se andasse tutto bene. Mi è sembrato un condominio silenzioso.
L'appartamento è buio (non funzionava inoltre una lampadina del salotto) e arredato in modo sommario e non moderno. Il parcheggio, argomento drammatico a Siviglia, è stato problematico: l'appartamento ha un posto auto riservato a 10 minuti a piedi, quindi comunque in centro, ma solo fino alle 12 del giorno della partenza; il gestore è riuscito a riservarlo fino alle 18 (da tenere presente che siamo stati due notti e l'auto è stata nel parcheggio comunque meno di 48 ore totali, e abbiamo pagato 40€) ma lasciandoci in sospeso per la conferma di disponibilità fino all'ultimo giorno.
