About this villa rental

The Mas is situated in the middle of a 60 ha vineyard estate. A place where peace and quiet reigns, in the middle of the countryside with a breathtaking view of the vineyards, the forest and the mountains in the distance. Children will be able to have fun and play in complete safety. The domain has a tennis court, a swimming pool, a bowling alley, a ping pong table. The sea is 20 km away (La Nartelle, Fréjus or Sainte Maxime beaches). The Mas is spacious. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have double beds, 16 beds in all, 5 shower rooms, a TV room, a dining room, a living room, 3 terraces.

Who says vineyard, says winemaker. This one is called Benoît, and he occupies the lower part of the farmhouse.
The main part and the proposed equipment are reserved for the exclusive use of our tenants, each entity is well separated with its own entrance.
Benoît will be happy to show you the certified organic wines produced at the estate, if you wish.

We were 15 familymembers staying in this beautful house. We enjoyed a great week.The house and surroundings was absolutely magnificent.Monique was very friendly but unfortunately not speaking English. Google Translate helps. The pool was beautiful but not cleaned and not enough chloride. We had to contact Monique and was told it cost 80 euro, but later she changed her mind when we sent a picture where we tested the water. The last day of our stay the pool was cleaned….The house was cleaned very well, but was missing sheets for guests.The weather was great but very hot so we needed fans, but had to ask for more fans since not all room had them. Monique’s reply and help was great and fast and friendly. We had to take care of all garbage ourselves to a facility in the town, which was a bit of an hassle, and there was a problem with ants in the kitchen. All in all, a great place with a lot of charm. We would love to come back and enjoy this fantastic place, highly recommended!

Excellent and wonderful stay in a large villa with enough room for 11 people. Beautifully situated with a very nice pool.Only downside is that it is fairly remote so you can not quickly walk into town to grab a terrace or something.All in all we enjoyed the house and the beautiful cycling region. The inland, the coast and the Gorges du Verdon are recommended.

Great house for a big family, with enough rooms for everyoneWe had a lot of fun at the beautifully situated tennis court. Great that rackets and balls were available.We appreciated that the owners cleaned and heated the pool for us, even though it was still early in the season. -It was quite cold the first evening and the heating wasn't working. Luckily this was fixed the next day-The house has some overdue maintenance with doorknobs falling off and the main door to the terrace jammed-It was a pity that we had to make our own beds, but in addition the bedsheets weren't a good fit for all of the beds. On thicker matrasses, they easily came off. Also, some of them had stains coming out of the plastic wrapper... -It came as a surprise to us that the downstairs part of the house, not accessible to us, had someone living there with a bunch of dogs which sometimes barked quite loudly. --The communicated location is not precise enough. It would have been helpful to have an exact GPS point and a description with some landmarks on the way. --The worst part of the stay was the check-in. I have never experienced anything like it in all the years that I've been renting holiday homes. The owners demanded the property manager to go through every single item on the inventory with us, up to counting framed certificates hanging on the wall. It was an extremely tedious and useless process to go through, especially after having travelled for a long time.

The house is old and charming in a very picturesque and quiet area with lots of things to do. The pool and tennis court are really great. A-C is of course not an option in such an old house, but 3 fans for 6 bedrooms is grossly inadequate in an area that notoriously gets very hot in summer. After sleepless nights we bought fans, mosquito repellant and a net for the baby. We had quite a few trips to Carrefour to buy stuff like a brush and Liquid to wash dishes, dish washer tabs, hand soap, garbage bags (we never found where to buy the special yellow ones for ‘emballage’, kitchen roll, detergent etc. The only thing left in the house for us was coffee filters and a packet of coffee. We had the ‘feeling’ that the house wasn’t in recent use. We liked the house but never felt welcomed. We were not greeted at 4 pm when we came (we surprised a daughter who gave us a very hasty tour), we were not answered by the lady who should meet us for the check-out, we never found out how to get a tour of the vine yard, there wasn’t an info folder … all in all … we felt we were left to our own device.

Maison parfaite pour un séjour entre amis, avec ou sans enfant. Calme, espace, nature tout y est pour se régaler! Les échanges avec les gérants ont été plus que faciles et rapides! Ils nous ont arrangé du début à la fin!!!! Benoît, le vigneron a participé à la réussite de ce week end entre ami avec ses dégustations! N'hésitez pas une seconde et louer cette maison, vous le regretterez pas!!!

Maison très agréable pour une grande réunion de famille ou 2 ou 3 familles. Le terrain de tennis et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. Jolie région et de belles plages à 30/45 mn!

Etonnante maison ancienne qui se prête bien à l'accueil d'un groupe d'amis comportant de larges espaces de vie communs ainsi que des coins et recoins ou chacun peut trouver son intimité Pour la mise en retard du chauffage de la piscine Caroline la propriétaire a offert la prestation piscine et nous a gratifié d'un coffret de bouteilles de vin de la propriété Attention très appréciée En conclusion séjour parfait et gite à recommander vivement

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans le Mas des Demoiselles. La maison est superbe (une déco simple, de bon goût, authentique), les différents espaces extérieurs permettent de passer une semaine de détente et de loisir sans avoir à en sortir :) La piscine ronde nous a beaucoup plu ainsi que le terrain de tennis, très appréciable. Merci à Caroline et à Christine pour leur accueil :)

Das Haus ist für zwei Familien der ideale Aufenthalt und hat genügend Zimmer um sich gut zu verteilen. Die Betten sind bequem und da es gnügend Handtücher und Laken gab konnte das Haus sehr gut genutzt werden. Der Pool ist groß genug und der Tennisplatz ist der Punkt auf dem I. Die ruhige Lage ist einzigartig und dient absolut der Erholung. In Zukunft müsste in die Bäder und die Küchenausstattung investiert werden, da hier die Abnutzungen sehr deutlich werden. Leider wurde der herrliche Pool in der gesamten Woche nicht gepflegt oder mit Chlor befüllt. Dies mussten wir als Gäste selber machen, konnte aber gut bewältigt werden. Insgesamt war der friedlichste Urlaub seit langem.

Très bon contact avec Christine Moulin qui a du faire face à une panne de la chaudière dès le premier jour du séjour mais qui nous a ravitaillés régulièrement en bois pour alimenter le petit poêle Donc malgré ce petit contre temps notre séjour a été excellent Le mas est très agréable l ‘ environnement exceptionnel Les joueurs de tennis et de ping-pong s ‘ en sont donnés à cœur joie !!! La dégustation du vin du domaine avec Benoit a été des plus conviviale nous y repenserons avec joie quand nous boirons le vin que nous avons acheté Donc je dirais séjour de rêve en famille

J'ai fêté mes 60 ans avec ma famille et mes amies. La maison est grande et bien équipé, les extérieures sont très jolie et divertissantes ,tennis ,piscine, pingpong, plusieurs terrasses. Et surtout la belle vue sur les vignes ! Le caviste Benoit nous a très gentiment expliqué la procédure pour produire son vin bio avec une dégustation de son bon vin. Merci beaucoup pour avoir réussi une très belle fête !!! Ich habe zu meinem 60ten Geburtstag meine Familie und Freunde in dieses nette Haus eingeladen. Das Haus ist gross und gut ausgestattet. Das Gelânde um das Haus ist grosszügig mit Tennisplatz, Pool, Tischtennis und mehreren Terrassen und es liegt mitten in einem biologischen Weinbaugebiet. Der Weinanbauer Benoit hat uns sehr nett erklärt, wie er seinen Wein anbaut und hat uns seinen guten Wein probieren lassen. Vielen Dank für dieses Beitrag zu einem gelungenen Fest !!!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en famille avec nos 3 enfants dans le mas du domaine. La maison est très charmante, grande et fonctionnelle. Tout était très propre. La piscine est super, propre et sécurisée. Le terrain de tennis, éclairé, super aussi. Toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées sur le domaine ont été accueillantes et à l'écoute. Il y a un centre commercial à cinq minutes en voiture. Les enfants ont adoré les activités que la propriétaire nous avait proposées: acro-branche et parc animalier, pédalos sur le lac de Sainte-Croix, marché le mardi matin... Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir 😊 Samanta et Sébastien

Très bel endroit de vacances, tout à fait conforme à la description. La maison est spacieuse et agréable à vivre pour un groupe important. ( nous étions 16: 8 adultes et 8 enfants).Piscine, tennis et ping-pong ont permis aux petits et aux grands de passer de très bons moments. Les vignerons voisins sont accueillants et agréables, la dégustation laisse un bon souvenir à tous ceux qui y ont participé. La propriétaire est diligente et attentive et même quelques petites détériorations accidentelles ont pu être réglées en confiance et avec la plus grande amabilité. La région est agréable à explorer. Vraiment , c'est une location que nous conseillons vivement.

À l'occasion du mariage de notre fils au Château du font du broc, nous avons loué cette belle et grande maison afin de réunir toute la famille recomposée de notre fils et toutes les générations ! Ce fut le bonheur! Nous avons créé notre nouveau cocon familial et ce grace a l'énergie positive de cette maison de famille. Nous avons apprécié de nous sentir chez nous, tout est fait pour recevoir du monde, pour les enfants. Le coin piscine avec sa grande terrasse ombragée a servi à tous nos repas. Les chambres et toutes les salles de bain, les différentes entrées et l'espace ont permis de nous sentir à notre aise. Nous avons pendant une semaine eu l'impression de vivre hors du temps! Et avons eu du mal à retrouver la vraie vie! Merci de partager cette maison et de concourir au bonheur des familles. Merci à Benoit (le vigneron) pour la dégustation de son vin. Vous avez créé notre nouvelle famille formidable!

Nous sommes un groupe d amis motards et non motards qui nous retrouvons chaque année pour passer une semaine ensemble. Cette année nous avons découvert un endroit superbe au milieu des vignes , un mas typique qui nous a ravi : chambres confortables ,cuisine bien aménagée, 2 salons ,grande terrasse pour se retrouver autour du barbecue, jolie piscine ronde et chauffée, Excellent séjour! !! le plus un couple de vignerons très gentils , passionnés et qui produisent de tres bons vins !!! Sans oublier un très bon contact par mail avec la propriétaire. UNE TRÈS BONNE SEMAINE DE L ASCENSION

La maison est comme décrite ! Endroit top pour tout le monde… pour les actifs comme pour les moins actifs… Il y a tout sur place… terrain de tennis privé et éclairé ce qui est très sympa de pouvoir échanger quelques balles en dehors des périodes chaudes, ping pong, piste de pétanque et bien évidemment une piscine privée qui permet de s’y reposer au calme où il y a un frigo, un barbecue et table … La maison comporte 2 terrasses, une petite cosy et une autre très grande avec un grand barbecue proche de la cuisine… et tout cela dans un endroit calme situé au cœur d’un domaine viticole lui-même situé dans un domaine boisé dont on ne se lasse pas de la magnifique vue !! Nous comptons bien y retourner :-) En bref : maison à recommander !!!

Olalah! Quelles belles vacances! Nous étions 4 familles, chacune avec enfants. La maison est spacieuse, confortable, aménagée pour que chacun s'y sente à l'aise. Différents espaces sont disponibles; chacun y a trouvé son bonheur. Comme il a fait un temps magnifique, nous avons surtout profité des espaces extérieurs: piscine sécurisée par une clôture, terrain de tennis, ping-pong, pétanque, terrasse avec barbecue,... Nous avons pu laisser les enfants s'amuser en toute sécurité et en toute tranquillité vu le cadre en pleine nature. Dégustation chez le vigneron. Bref, quelle belle découverte! A recommander...

Le mas a beaucoup de charme et est très bien situé, tout à la fois isolé au coeur d'un calme vignoble et proche d'un centre commercial. Il est doté d'une piscine (avec transats et table à l'ombre) et d'un tennis (avec éclairage) privatifs. Deux terrasses, un barbecue, des chambres agréables et salles de bain en suffisance, deux coins salon, un équipement complet à tous égards : tout y est pour des vacances en (grande) famille réussies !
