"Les Restanques de l'Issole" a privileged place for your summer holidays.
A very beautiful villa, of traditional construction, on one level, on 4200 m2 of enclosed garden in terraces not overlooked in a luxury housing estate with infinity pool 5.5 x 11 m secured by 100 M "of water.
Wooded and hilly environment (restanques) - very quiet.
Single storey V-shaped villa with 2 communicating dwellings via an internal staircase:
1 °) The ground floor of 150 M2: Entrance with cloakroom, Large dining room and living room with wood-burning fireplace and exposed beams. fitted kitchen open to the living room and the outdoor terrace.
4 independent bedrooms, 2 with double 140 bed, one with double 140 bed and 2 bunk beds of 90, and a smaller one with 2 bunk beds of 90.
Beautiful bathroom with sink, bath, bidet shower and WC.
A second bathroom with Shower and Washbasin.
A second independent WC.

Large south-facing terrace partly covered and overlooking the swimming pool in lush greenery, flowers and vegetation allowing you to enjoy the sun and shade.
40 mins from the sea (Hyères, La Londe les Maures) and 45 mins from Verdon (Lac Ste Croix)
Access by coach nearby for: AIX TGV train station and Marseille Provence or Marignane Airport
All shops in the village (3kms). Super U supermarket in Flassans (1.5 KM)
Many activities nearby: tennis, fishing, hiking, Barbaroux golf, tree climbing, canoeing on the Argens, etc.
Many tourist sites nearby: Thoronet abbey, Haut-Var villages, the Maures plain, the Sainte Baume massif, etc.
On site you will be greeted by a local person who will give you the keys. She will remain at your disposal if necessary throughout your stay. She will make an inventory with you.
She will also be responsible for the maintenance of the pool. She will bring the necessary products to guarantee you perfectly clear water. You will have at your disposal a robot cleaner that we will ask you to spend every two or 3 days in the pool.
We will be permanently at your disposal by phone or email if necessary.
Please note: The second week is at least 10%.
