Villa Roca is located in the hills of Grand Boucharel, the ideal place to enjoy your holiday. There is room for no less than 13 people and this luxury villa offers all the conveniences you need. Wake up quietly in the morning with a nice cup of coffee on the terrace, a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool or in the evening a good glass of wine. Prefer the beach? That is also possible. Various beautiful bays and sandy beaches are 800 meters away.
Grand Boucharel is a luxury villa neighborhood between St. Aygulf and Les Issambres. Within half an hour you are already in the famous Saint Tropez or Cannes, within an hour in Nice. Make the most of the Côte d'Azur with its French cities, wonderful beaches and of course the warm sun!
The villa is laid out so that you can enjoy your holiday carefree. Through the closed driveway, the Roman entrance and a spacious hall / corridor with toilet, you enter the house. There is a light, atmospheric living room with glass sliding doors across the entire width. In addition, there is a beautiful barbecue terrace and the swimming pool can be heated.

Those who prefer to escape the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts for a day can take the ferry from the port of Cannes to the Lerins Islands. These islands are just off the coast.
The picturesque village of Antibes is situated between the popular towns of Cannes and Nices. In addition to the large marina "Port Vauban", the French village has much more to offer. Stroll through the streets of the Antipolis branch or visit the first museum entirely devoted to Picasso's painting. More than 200 works by the painter are exhibited at the Picasso Museum.
The charming town of Sainte-Maxime is also recommended for a day trip. In this town there is a market almost every day in the summer months.
