Not bad but would have expected a bit more for the price.

Lovely location surrounded by nature and animals! Very convenient to easily reach the beach and the city centre and also lots of supermarkets within a 5 min drive! We also really loved that they had created a binder with lots of useful information about the nearby places and recommendations for local food and drinks and activities, also written in 3 different languages.

Unfortunately a few amenities were not working, no TV, no working light bulbs on the bedroom lamps and I didn't appreciate the fact that the 2 bathroom windows didn't have proper curtains so anyone walking past from outside could see you getting changed or taking a shower, therefore we were constantly in the dark plus although we were asked to leave before 10am on our last day to allow the cleaner to clean the place, when we arrived the entire place was very dirty, all cups and plates were greasy, the bedside tables and bedroom furniture were all covered in dust and there was no washing machine so we hand washed all clothes which isn't ideal especially with beach towels.

Edith & Werner were great hosts and they make you feel like family! I also like the fact that you feel like you are staying with relatives and not some snobby 5 star hotel. If you do not love nature and are scared of a nice relax and rest, or need your breakfast in bed, Do not stay here! Thanks Werner & Edith, we will return! Truly down home people and atmosphere.

Acceptable at the limit

- quiet place in the nature. There are 4 individual accomodation units separate one from another. Ours was the one named on the site "standard" with wooden dressing of the walls. - big rooms with wide windows. We slept with the windows open so we did't need the mobile air conditioner. - clean rooms and nice pool - the donkeys (5) were fun for the children

- the furinture and the entire unit was used and old. - the roof has partially asbest tiles - everything looked damaged and low tech - ants all over the kitchen - the insect protection curtains at the windows were damaged on the side and led room to insects - no english nor frech from the lady owner

Nice, separate house on the property where hosts and other renters stay. Pool is great, donkeys are super attraction, beach is close. Lovely mature trees surround the small houses.

Hosts do not speak English (despite what is listed). Towels are not provided. Address and keys' pickup procedure are not clear. Certain furniture and equipment are outdated, e.g. AC is not working properly etc.

Nice short sunshine break

Lovely little house in beautiful surroundings. Nice heated pool, trampoline for the kids, and donkeys wandering the surrounding wooded hills. Friendly owners and all at a very reasonable price!

the structure lacks cleanliness and maintenance.the reception of customers and bad and this does not allow you to be at ease and to ask to solve problems. in our case on arrival with our two dogs asked us if the dogs were castrated if not they could not be accepted also the rate is not clear someone for the dogs paid € 35 a week to us tried to ask for € 45 for a dog all strictly without receipt then inside the apartment the smell of pee was unbearable the kitchen left much to be desired and in a last one the bathroom was delivered so that we could not use the toilet because it was instructed then to talk about the provaci not seen the shadow every time that you had to use the pool too it is very dirty and badly kept we had to pass on their property where they too had two dogs that were told without their presence that they were not docile at last the place is not f acile to reach because the road to the houses is not marked and very steep and dangerous and even in the areas surrounding the road they pass their animals like unguarded donkeys at random leaving also their excrement everywhere

Le pire hébergement , l'Appartement dit "standard" à éviter, description trompeuse

Il était décrit un appartement avec photos sur le site Booking , nous avons été logé dans une cabane vétuste au fond du jardin, plutôt mal entretenue , sans charme Le couchage équipé de draps hospitaliers!! ne couvrant pas la literie. Hors la cuisine propre, éclairage plan de travail évier et cuisson en panne . Le mobilier ancien , mal agencé, canapé mal orienté par rapport à la TV . Climatiseur bruyant condamnant l'ouverture de la fenêtre de cuisine. Pas d'accès internet!! Rien pour rêver

Calme et isolé Grand logement Lits de grandes tailles Draps propres fournis + 3 essuies de vaisselles et 1 tapis de douche Liquide vaisselle et main fournis Propriétaire agréable Cela parait bête mais une forte pression d’eau dans les tuyaux, ce qui est rare et agréable pour la douche Microonde qui fait four Vaisselle et accessoires (poêles, casseroles,…) en grande quantité La piscine est grande et nous l’avons presque eu tout le séjour pour nous tout seul Présence d’une balançoire, d’une table de ping-pong, d’un terrain de volet, d’un trampoline Wifi gratuit

Hygiène A notre arrivée : Forte odeur de cigarette et encore plus forte à l’étage, ainsi qu'une forte odeur de vinaigre (bouteille renversée ?). Obligé de tout aérer. Il a fallu toute la semaine pour que l’odeur de cigarette diminue/disparaisse (utilisation de bougies anti-tabac) Moustiquaires du haut remplis de cocons/nids vides, de toiles d’araignées (ainsi qu’un début de nid de guêpes). Brosse pour toilette dans le pot, évier de la salle de bain sale (poils et autres) Le frigo était sale, couche de saleté sur le fond et les étagères était à nettoyer Le sol était aspiré mais nous l’avons nettoyé et en avons sorti 2 seaux noirs Housse/coussins du canapé-lit étaient plein de poil d’animaux, présence de nombreuses taches. Une partie de la vaisselle était sale. Equipements et rangements Le barbecue gaz ne s’allume plus tout seul La plaque vitro n’a que 3 des 4 résistances fonctionnelles La douche présente des traces de moisissures Le système de fixation qui permet de maintenir droit le pommeau de douche est cassé Les aircos n’ont pas d’évacuation à l’égout de l’eau de condensation (obligation de vider des seaux) L’airco de l’étage, unité amovible et l’évacuation de l'air chaud se fait par une plaque de plexiglass enchâssée dans la fenêtre ouverte (entrée d'air chaud) Peu de rangements et une partie de ces derniers sont en fin de vie (les encastrés) Pas de bouchon pour l'évier, vaisselle dans un bac Pas de produit nettoyage sol et de sacs poubelle de rechange fournis. Habitation Etat général assez vétuste (fissures et autres) Volets de l’étage ne ferment plus et tiennent avec des colsons ou de la corde (impossible de les ouvrir ou de les fermer à fond) Moustiquaire de l’étages cassés et donc inutiles Présence d’animaux dans le plafond du rez de chaussée La maison craque très fort la nuit Extérieurs Présence barrière électrique autour des jeux pour les enfants (dû aux sangliers). Il faut débrancher à chaque fois.
