Superb view & lovely pool. Quiet location, but walking distance of town. Very relaxing stay.

Wonderful sea view & great location, secure parking.

Layout with toilet directly off kitchen, but this was a minor dislike. No basic provisions in kitchen (salt & pepper), kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc which would have been greatly appreciated.

An idyllic place to stay!

The location and scenery is idyllic; quiet and secluded between the trees and many flowers with views over the bay area. 3-5 minutes walk to the nearest public beach and 10-15 minutes to the center of st.Maxime town. The owner/host Nicole is very nice and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the pool area has comfortable sunbeds.

Wundervolle Aussicht, sehr ruhig, sehr schöner Garten

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und wir mussten nur ein paar Schritte gehen, um den Pool zu erreichen. Das Dort Saint-Maxime ist sehr gut zu Fuß über eine private Straße zu erreichen. Fußläufig ist außerdem ein Strand (ca. 7 Minuten), eine wirklich sehr gute Bäckerei (ca. 10 Minuten) ein kleiner Supermarkt (Spar, ca. 10 Minuten), ein größerer Supermarkt (Carrefour, ca. 15 Minuten) und der Wochenmarkt (ca. 15 Minuten) zu erreichen. Wir sind von Paris aus mit dem Zug und dem Bus von Saint-Raphael angereist. Das ging sehr gut. Nach Saint-Tropez kann man in 20 Minuten mit der Fähre rüberfahren (9,00 EUR one-way). Saint-Maxime bietet alles, was man braucht - Restaurants, Shops, Unterhaltung. An der Promenade ist immer Sommer Kino, DJs legen auf oder man kann einfach so entlangschlendern. Natürlich gibt es dementsprechend viele Touristen und man zahlt auch Touristenpreise in den Shops oder im Indoor-Markt. Wir hatten eine kleine Wohnung für 2 Personen. Da gab es alles, was man braucht: Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Föhn, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Mirkrowelle. Die Gastgeberin ist wirklich sehr nett. Sie hat uns sogar von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und am Abreisetag morgens wieder hin gebracht. Danke, Madame Trucy!

Der Pool hat derzeit (August 2025) ein Wasserproblem. Man sollte nicht mit heller Badekleidung reingehen, weil sie sich grün einfärbt. Das kann man aber mit Zitronensaft wieder hell bekommen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit besonders herzlicher Gastgeberin – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Gastgeberin Nicole, hat uns schon während der Anreise kontaktiert und willkommen geheißen. Das war sehr besonders und herzlich. Außerdem wurden wir mit allen Gästen zusammen zu einem Aperitif auf ihre wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von Saint-Tropez eingeladen, was ein besonders netter Abend war. Nicole hatte uns bei der Ankunft bereits erwartet, uns unser Appartment und alle Möglichkeiten, wie den schönen Pool, Außenterrasse ... gezeigt und uns Tipps für das Abendessen und Frühstück gegeben. Telefonisch war sie jederzeit erreichbar und immer sehr liebenswürdig. Der Pool mit schönen Holzliegen ist ein Traum, die Lage zur Bucht und zum Zentrum von Sainte Maxime perfekt, so dass wir das Auto kaum bewegt und alles zu Fuß erledigt haben.

Unser Appartment lag im Schatten der Pinien und war daher sehr dunkel, was im Sommer aber bestimmt genau richtig ist. Eine Frühstücksmöglichkeit beim nächsten Bäckerladen war eine gute Option, aber die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße für uns nicht optimal. Beim nächsten Besuch werden wir uns unser eigenes Frühstück organisieren. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts auch Baulärm in der Nachbarschaft, aber irgendwann außerhalb der Saison müssen ja Renovierungsarbeiten vorgenommen werden können, und dass diese ausgerechnet während unseres Aufenthaltes stattfanden, war einfach Pech und kann man niemandem zum Vorwurf machen.

Ein wunderschöner Ort um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen. Die Aussicht auf den Wald und das Meer ist herrlich. Geweckt wurden wir von einem Vogelkonzert 🥰 Madame Nicole und Alba haben uns herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank aus Zürich Nadine & Joza
