This very recent spacious apartment in luxury building and modern comfort is ideally located 2 minutes walk from the beach downtown and activities (supermarket, seafront, port, departure shuttle to St Tropez).
Very large living room in the American style (32 M2) giving on covered terrace of 13 M2 giving on palm trees of semi pedestrian street. The 2 quiet rooms overlook a balcony overlooking the inner garden
Very well equipped with high quality equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, pierrade, deep fryer, hair dryer, reversible air conditioning Daikin with individual temperature control for each room)
A large box in the basement can be used optionally for your car knowing that a free parking is 30M
Ste Maxime is a famous seaside resort, opposite St Tropez served day and night by shuttles (10 minutes of navigation)
Ste Maxime is the main city of the Gulf of St Tropez. It is mentioned in the top 10 holiday destinations where one wishes to spend his holidays. Ste Maxime is very lively throughout the year (even in winter). The city stretches over 10km along the sea with many beaches monitored with multiple activities. The city center has many shops, restaurants, casino games and pedestrian streets for flanner. In season, daily shows (the most free) are held at the Theater of the Sea (along the harbor, near the beach).
The seafront promenade in the town center is particularly pleasant with its vegetation of palm trees and flower beds.

What an amazing stay we had. We will be returning, and will definitely stay here again. Michel was fantastic, kind and extremely accommodating. Our flight was late coming in and Michel came out very late to make sure we were able to get into the flat. We were pleasantly surprised, it was so clean and exceeded our expectation. Highly recommended!! Everything we needed was in walking distance, perfect location, quiet.... just an A+ experience all around. Thank you!!

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sie liegt sehr zentral in Sainte Maxime. Alles ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Appartement super confort, emplacement parfait tout se fait à pieds, propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique. Un très bon séjour en famille !
