We just tried to sleep there
We arrive in time (9.25pm) after full day of driving, owner wants his €€€ here and now, otherwise we can't stay. No trust we would pay the morning after, altough he has our booking via booking.com, our number plate, .. Was mentioned nowhere we must pay upon arrival! 40 minutes drive to get his €€€ and he then he complains we are late!!
Dead place, everything is 30+ years old and in bad shape. Ants walking around the swimming pool, terrace crumbles apart, animal poop all around the place, puzzling for space in the house. Airco doesn't help for first floor and is shut down during day by the owner by doing power cut. We left every day around 10am and came back around midnight, so no way to keep the house below the configured 28 degrees to be able to sleep upstairs.
Upon leaving, we kindly waited to say goodbye. Then... Mr owner saw "the most dirty house he has ever seen". Asked €€€ to clean. We refused, it took us 10 minutes to clean "the most dirty house he has ever seen"!! He even agressiely started taking pictures of our collected dust. Then those pitiful attempts to make us feel guilty about it: "thank you sir, a big thank you". We just left the house in a orderly state thinking the end cleaning was done by the property, but owner immediately accused us of trying to escape our duty, impossible we were honestly mistaken about that. We even never cooked! So was just some dust from the garden. Moreover, we cleaned every day the poop of the ducks on our terrace, with NO complaints from our side!! Then having to listen about the traces of water on the sink, ridiculous. Btw, make sure to use his kitchen towels. If you use your own, he notices that his ones are not used and accuses you of not housekeeping. Also, don't be kind and leave 1 clean package of butter behind for the next client.
This guy has zero trust in his clients and clearly also not in personel (which he doens't have).

Davvero una piacevole sorpesa! Esperienza da ripetersi. Un grazie a chi ci ha accolto.
L'alloggio era dotato di tutto il necessario e pulito; piscina grande ben tenuta. Parco a disposizione con ampi spazi molto accogliente e riservato. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere spiagge di sabbia fine e siti culturali.

Prachtige rustgevende locatie
De locatie is rustgevend met prachtige tuin. Het zwembad is heerlijk. De eigenaar is een zeer attente behulpzame liefdevolle man. De "vibe" is dus zeer aangenaam. Er is genoeg speelplezier voor kinderen wat niet storend is door de ruime omvang van het landgoed. Supermarkten etc zijn op 10 min afstand.

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit d'étape, la maison était confortable, le parc et la piscine avaient l'air très bien mais nous n'en avons pas profité donc pas d'avis plus complet.

Weekend au top
Gonzagues a été très réactif et accueillant .Le domaine est très reposant et le jardin est grand ,magnifique et très bien entretenu . Nous avons passé un excellent weekend entre amis . Logements avec terrasse très agréable pour les repas et admiration des étoiles le soir . Détente au bord de la piscine en journée .

Déplorable l’accueil qui nous a été réservé, le proprio nous attendait avec un bébé, alors que nous lui avons dit un chien, un lit double, alors que lui a demandé un grand lit. Après 14 h de route, il nous a tenu 15 minutes sur le parking pour nous faire des recommandations à propos du chien. Nous demande 60€ obligatoires pour le nettoyage, à l’entrée du lieu on se croirait dans une décharge, entrée de l’appartement inaccessible avec les valises, jardin pas entretenu, plaque qui disjoncte, chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne plus la nuit, rideau déchiré, fauteuil extérieur délabré, ponton pas sécurisé, piscine vidée, ce qui avait déterminer notre choix avec 25° en extérieur. Les serviettes de toilettes pfff. Vue directe sur la salle de bain du voisin. Obligé de mettre une serviettes de toilette sur notre fenêtre.

Ein Ort zum Entspannen
Die Unterkunft befindet sich ländlich, wunderbar ruhig. Die Wohnungen sind an einem schön angelegten Gartenbereich mit großem Teich gelegen. Der Bereich ist sehr gepflegt, der Eigentümer ist leidenschaftlicher Hobbygärtner und das sieht man. Es gibt auch einen tollen Pool mit Sonnenliegen, einen Spielplatz und ein Volleyballfeld. Unseren Hunden hat es hier auch gut gefallen, wir haben morgens die Terrassentür geöffnet und dann konnten sie sich frei bewegen, in der Wiese liegen und ein- und ausgehen wie sie wollten. Der Aufpreis für Hunde beträgt zehn Euro pro Nacht und Hund.
Wir haben die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge genutzt. Innerhalb etwas über einer Stunde Fahrtzeit erreicht man an der Küste in die eine Richtung St. Tropez, in die andere Richtung Nizza und im Landesinneren die Verdonschlucht.
Es gibt keinen großen Spiegel, in dem man sich ganz sehen kann und keinen Fön.
Der Schlafbereich im Obergeschoss ist höher gelegen als die Positionierung der Klimaanlage, dadurch dauert es mehrere Stunden bis die kühle Luft auch im Schlafbereich ankommt. Ein Ventilator wäre hier toll, um die Luft zu verteilen.
