Excellent location, bright, extremely airy and fresh. Staff was wonderful and helpful and responded quickly. This place was so wonderful I almost want to gate keep it.

Literally nothing. There are a lot stairs up but you get used to it and it makes you feel alive. Reminds you that a little daily challenge makes you feel strong.

The location, the size of the property, well equipped kitchen, good toilet facilities. The Guest was super attentive

The stairs and no lift, but this seems to be common in Portugal and many places in Europe. Be ready to bring your luggage up through narrow stairs

I liked the design of the living room, and the utility of the dining room. Loved the responsiveness of the service when we had questions or issues. The location was great in it of itself but proved to be disadvantageous (see what we didn't like).

When we came in, we noticed that there were black hair on our bedding and that the bed covering in the shelve in the bedroom next to the living room had stains so we were not comfortable using it. We also would have appreciated items like salt and pepper to have been available because we had to buy it ourselves for cooking. In terms of the location, it is good but the fact that there was some club that would play bass boosted music all the way to 1-3 am made it difficult for us to enjoy our evenings in relative quiet. I slept in the bedroom adjacent to the living room and used earplugs to be able to fall asleep. This had the biggest impact on us. I know this may not be something that you have control over but it did impact the experience. Also, it was slightly inconvenient that the power could go out at anypoint that we overloaded the circuits.
