Great location and everything you need in the apartment.

We had a hire car and were able to park but there is no allocated parking space

The property was fantastic having all the amenities of home, including cooking and laundry. The views from the large balcony were amazing. The balcony gets the sun all day and has a large dining table plus a very comfortable sun lounger. The bedrooms were well proportioned and very comfortable. The swimming pool was very big, and there were always plenty of sun loungers. It always felt very exclusive. Other facilities on site include a tennis court and table tennis table, with bars and Baka supplies for both. The property is approximately 15 minutes walk to Golfe Juan and 25-30 minutes walk to Cannes. Ubers are always close by.

The only thing to be aware of with the property is the steep hill to the entrance, and the lack of shops/ supermarkets close by. There is, however, every thing you will need with in a 15 to 20 minute walk. The property is in the middle between Cannes and Golfe Juan, off a busy road, however an Uber is only ever a few minutes away.

Beautiful property, exceptionally clean and well presented. Spacious, modern and well equipped apartment (dishwasher/washing machine/tumble dryer/hairdryer/good coffee machine). Very attractive complex: large, clean pool, table tennis and tennis courts, friendly and clean. Attractive local town with small supermarkets, great boat trip to local island. Easy to catch trains/buses to Cannes & Antibes for the evening.

Is approximately 15/20 mins walk from local town/any shops, along a busy main road, which felt hard work with children in 30deg heat. Recommend using a hire car or bus (which are regular).
