Contemporary Provencal's style house in a peaceful area with sea view, 5 minutes away from Juan Les Pins and 10 minutes from Cannes, at 800 meters of the beach.
This high standard modern house is composed of a large living room with a fire place and big TV, a dining-room for about 12 people, a main bedroom with a large dressing and a direct access to the swimming pool, 3 other bedrooms with each a white tiled bathroom, private terrace and sea view.
