Lage gut, da wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Tiefgarage direkt bei der Unterkunft. Appartement ist komplett eingerichtet, alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, Strandliegen und Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Da das Appartement direkt eine Häuserreihe über der CROISETTE liegt, tagsüber sehr laut

proche de la plage Zahmenof et de la Croisette, un grand balcon et un parking gratuit souterrain
la présence d'une machine à laver le linge et de produit adapté
impossible de communiquer rapidement avec la gestionnaire (malgré 6 messages annonçant notre retard avec 8 heures d'anticipation !), ce qui nous a valu une arrivée tardive très compliquée.
certains équipements sont en mauvais état (frigo, télécommande...), et la machine à café a dû être changée, ce qui s'est fait rapidement et sans problème.
la présence des arbres de la rue assombrit l'appartement situé au 2e étage
il n'y a pas eu de visite ni à l'entrée ni à la sortie, et nous avons eu un message demandant de laisser les clés dans l'appartement en partant
