Amazing location, very close to the beach, restaurants and city center. Well equipped and furnished. Very attentive personal.

They left only a few supplies of shampoo and toilet paper even if we were four people and stayed dor 4 days.

Location and amenities

The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and, despite construction happening on the street, we did not have any problems with noise. Technically, it met expectations and was as described in the listing.

Warning: during our stay, the apartment was broken into, our clothes were rummaged through, and a ring was stolen. We received little support from the owners and had to deal with the police without mastering the language. The officers said this type of crime is very common in the area, so I believe we could have been warned to be extra careful in this regard. The neighboring apartment was also broken into. Since there is no one in the front desk, access for strangers ends up being easier. The apartment has reinforced locks. My point is about raising awareness of the area's risks and providing support if necessary. Regarding the structure, the shower in one of the bathrooms was not working. Only the handheld shower was functional, which greatly affected the experience.

During our stay, the apartment was broken into, valuable items and money were stolen. We reported the incident to the police, and a case was opened. After this incident, we didn't feel safe staying in the apartment. The management company did not provide any help or assistance, as we did not speak French, which made it difficult to communicate with the police. We did not receive any instructions or warnings about the danger. From another client's feedback here, we can see that this is not an isolated incident, as the management company claimed. Additionally, after the intrusion during our stay, the following clients were not warned about the potential danger of entering the apartment. Please be mindful and cautious. The police investigation is ongoing, and we hope that the perpetrators will be found and punished.
