A modern bungalow is available for rent in the La Zenia area. The bungalow is located in a complex with a swimming pool and large grounds. Total area is 73 m2. The bungalow consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, and a terrace. It has its own large yard and a garage parking space.

All necessary amenities for comfortable living and relaxation are provided: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), bed linen and towels, kitchenware. Central air conditioning. Spanish television and wireless internet. Summer furniture is available on the terrace. Accommodation is for up to six people (no pets allowed!). Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Penalty for violation is 200 euros!

The La Zenia area has well-developed infrastructure. Opposite the bungalow is a huge shopping centre "Zenia Boulevard", with a network supermarket "Mercadona" within walking distance. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. The sea is approximately 1 km away.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. Additional charge of 20 euros will be applied for check-in or check-out outside company/office hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros must be paid upon check-in.
