About this apartment rental

apartment in the process of redecorating new photos soon. New in 2016, installation of separate air conditioning in each bedroom and also of a large walk-in shower in the bathroom. Duplex apartment with large terrace upstairs with wall barbecue. All located in a residence very provided in green spaces and very flowery, with 2 outdoor pools, and also very close to all shops and the beach

The house is lovely and spacious and had everything we needed for our holiday. Perfect location. Directly opposite Mercadona. Short walk to beach and bars and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to la zenia boulevard. Only issue was the address. It is not clear when directing taxis. And so we struggled to find it on arrival. We also had problems when ordering an airport return taxi. So an actual address would be useful. However if you are arriving by taxi ask to be dropped off opposite Mercadona in playa flamenca yand there is a taxi pull in directly Infront of the gate. The house is on the left straight through this gate.

Perfect Location for anyone not wanting to drive. Supermarket across roundabout from property. Beach with 9 bars/restaurants about 8 minutes walk. Probably more than 20 other bars within 15 minutes walk. Bus stop and taxi rank immediately outside gate. Saturday AM Market and PM entertainment at Celtic Isle 10 minutes walk.
