The property is spotless with modern finishing throughout — you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it. The balcony has a beautiful open view into the mountains, easily the best part of waking up there.

Great property in a great location. Balcony looks over Kandy with the lake and mountains in the background- a short walk into the town or a cheap tuk tuk. Even had monkeys come visit! The room was comfortable and had great shower pressure. The host and his wife were the highlight- both very friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Accessible from town Comfortable bed Fridge - but useless as no kettle

Poor signage - this has been noted before - v difficult to find Bathroom had smell of sewers No kettle in room - eventually got given one after 2 days No hairdryer . Both are expected when paying this sort of money for accommodation. Owners pleasant enough but very tardy in answering requests - promising within 5 minutes- and not getting action for at least an hour Beware of the monkeys - balcony not a place to sit in the day having a drink/snack as they will try and take things .
