Domnul de la receptie foarte amabil, comunică foarte bine cu clienții și oferă orice informații solicitate. Camera și baia mari și curate și un balcon generos. Micul dejun tip bufet cu produse diversificate, proaspete, spațiu de servit micul dejun foarte curat, muzică ambientală plăcută la micul dejun. Acces gratuit pentru cei cazați la piscine, multe șezlonguri gratuite în zona piscinelor. Personalul care se ocupă de zona piscinelor este foarte amabil si atent la detalii, piscinele cu apă termo sulfuroasă curată și curățate zilnic. Parcare in curtea hotelului și in fața acestuia pe stradă. Vederea din cameră foarte frumoasă spre munte și zona hotelurilor, teraselor. Recomandăm cu încredere acest hotel și vom reveni oricând cu plăcere!

hotel has recently been refurbished and was a real surprise. The standard of the decor, the rooms and the fittings was excellent. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, relaxing.

The bed was a bit too firm.

we liked that the reception team was nice to us and they upgraded us to a new room which it was better then the standard one.

the price for the rooms were overpriced and the conditions of them were really poor, they were dirty and nobody came to change our towels or to take the rubbish out. the Wi-Fi in the rooms were not working and in one day we didn’t had hot water. the breakfast was poor and not much choice. we will never come back to this hotel.
