I booked a double room and I got an amazing apartment! Two bathrooms, two balconies, excellent size both, amazing view, super location, friendly staff.
It was all good. Zacusca was one morning sour, though...also, in Baile Herculane there are lots of one-day excursions and tourists from other hotels were given takeaway breakfasts, as the departures are sometimes early morning so you don't have enough time to eat breakfast properly. Would have been nice if I got one too, but I wasn't offered. Truth is, I didn't ask, either. Maybe in the future you will offer your guests this curtesy too. Thank you!

If we ever go back there it will be thanx to the male staff at the reception Nico and Cosmin who went above and beyond to make up for for a number of issues that were far from Reasonable.
1.The narrow road that lead to the hotel. It designed for one car only.absolutely awful, 2. one lift didnt work at all. The 2 lifts are one is tiny for 4 ppl only the other one simply wasnt good enough. With hotel as up as 10-12. Stories high very large hotel the lifts are rediculos. 3. The restaurant of the hotel- well to sum up - to conclude that a chef who serves such food must go home it was embarrassing. One dish arrived after 30 minutes -cold, was returned to the kitchen was delayed again another 20 minutes i gave up it was unbearable .my husbands dish was viscous and completely inedible . 4. I came to Baile Herculane for the sulfur water and on sunday it open in the hotel only 2 hours. Are you Serious ??? . The old outdated hotel with failing method that doesnt suitable for our time we didnt like it and we certainly wont be back.
